I had a great experience with Kenneth Barnes as my dealer. He was very knowledgeable and patient in the process of me getting the car I wanted. Definitely ask for him when you go to Webb Chevrolet in Oak Lawn. I was there for 5 hrs and he didn't complain or disappear on me, which let's me know he was dedicated to helping find the best option for me. Thanks again Kenneth!
When I walked into the dealer, Paul was the first person to welcome me and he was so nice, not aggressive at all and soft spoken. Normally you get over the top aggressive salesman that make you feel so uncomfortable when you are car shopping but he was the total opposite and I was so pleased to work with him. The whole process was wonderful and I will definitely return to him for future purchases.
For the most part, this dealership is not bad and are legitimate. I could be picky about certain things with my car purchases and the years I’ve been with them, however at the end of the day, they always take care of me as a valued customer and I appreciate the service.
This dealership was great overall! I worked with both Joe and Ryan and both were very professional with outstanding customer service. Joe helped me in picking the right car within my price range as well as the features I was looking for. I was VERY satisfied with my 2017 Chevy Cruze LT. Ryan in financing was great, he helped me get the best deal as well as give me financial advice that really helped close the deal for me. These two together gave me the confidence in buying from this dealership, it's no wonder they have a lot of repeated buyers, my family included.
I walked in knowing what I wanted to see & buy. Deciding whether to go new or not was the issue. I decided to go with used. I am happy I did! i was helped by a gentleman named Xavier Miller. He was helpful by answering all my questions and getting my into a car i wanted at a reasonable price. He helped my set up my phone and waze for the Subaru and gave me tips while driving/using a Subaru! Would highly recommend!
The most expensive dive keg I ever bought. Game in to get a key made ended up buying a vehicle.Sean was easy going. I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out.
Michael Pirozzoli went above and beyond to make sure everything was understood and I was completely satisfied as I was from out of town purchasing my Camaro 1LE. I will definitely not hesitate to do business with him again or refer him more business.

The great service continues as usual. Just said car in for tune up brake job and a few other things and everything is excellent the timing was good and job was done when they said it would be. After the service engine light lit & checking with On-Star, I was advised of an emission system issue. When I took the still under warranty vehicle to the Dealership Service Dept., I was advised the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Lisa the Service Advisor was told of our scheduled out-of-state trip. she advised me the replacement required, the wiring harness may take weeks to receive and install. The Dealership went out of its way to provide a loaner and our original p[ans did not have to be altered. In total the problem took 19 days to correct. Lisa called and kept me informed as to the repair progress thru-out the period and reassuring me that everything was taken care of and the vehicle would be ready upon our return. It was ready for pick-up on our return with just a couple signatures required. This was the fourth SUV I'd purchased from Mike Anderson and service like this is the reason I will keep going back.
