2019 Chevrolet Corvette review
This is my 3rd Corvette, and by far the best one (I had a C5, and a C6, before). This car is amazing, great looking (Better than the new one, I think), great performance, very comfortable, even on long trips, gets 29 MPG on the hwy, and is very reliable (The starter went). I get looks, high fives and thumbs up wherever I go. I drive it daily, with a smile on my face, always. Truly a car to be proud of.

2024 Chevrolet Corvette review
I replaced my 2019 Grand Sport with this 2024 Stingray, and while I really liked the GS I like my Stingray even more. The most succinct summary I can present of the two cars is the C7 is a muscle car and the C8 is a sports car, and I prefer the latter.

2007 Chevrolet Corvette review
I bought my 2007 Convertible Z51 3LT in October of 2024. It had 118,000 and now has just over 125,000 miles. This car was someone’s toy as it has a cold air Vararam intake and long tube headers, and has been very well cared for as well. It still looks and drives like new, not bad for an 18 year old car. My only knock on the car is the interior is a lot of plastic and kind of blah. The Center stack is right out of the GM parts bin, nothing special. Raising and lowering the top is as simple as releasing the center handle and pushing a button for up or down. Only the 3 LT does that little trick, the rest are manual. Performance wise, stock it was 5 HP shy of a C5 Z06, mine is making 505 at the wheels very similar to a C6 Z06. When you stomp that loud pedal you better be focused and right with Jesus. I kinda got in trouble when I bought it, my wife as not as excited as I was until we had our first date in the car, she forgave me and I bought her a convertible Mustang a month later.

2023 Chevrolet Corvette review
I currently own 11 cars. In addition to my C8, 2 C5 Vettes, 2 Porsches, 3 Miata’s & a few utilitarian cars. I race a Z06 Vette, a Miata & a Porsche. I bought the C8 to track it. Have not yet tracked it. The major options I got are: convertible, Z51 package, front lift, front camera. I love the front lift. Thanks to front lift & front camera so far no scrapes. Picked car up Aug 31, 2022. Have 10,600 miles. Recently drove to Sebring for 12hr Rolex. Put 2700 miles on the drive. Driving 13 hrs at a stretch, car is very comfortable to sit in for 13hrs. Handles beautifully with ample power to accelerate seamlessly to maneuver through highway traffic. I’m in my mid 70’s so getting in/out of this car is not exactly graceful. I’ve had sports cars since my British cars in the 60’s & getting in/out was not graceful back then either. Car is a dream to drive & styling makes it beautiful to look at it. Some people complain about poor visibility & blindspots. My response is there are no blindspots if you set mirrors correctly. Unfortunately, most people do not set mirrors properly. This car’s interior is very tight. It’s a drivers car. There’s no extra interior space. My wife will not ride in this car for any length of time because of the lack of space. She’s accustomed to driving/riding in sports cars. In addition to an SUV & a sedan her other drivers are a Porshe & Miata. Overall it’s a great car.

2015 Chevrolet Corvette review
Having had many “sports” cars, I never appreciated corvettes as I do now. The overall experience has been a “10” reliability and response are excellent. I opted out if a c8 for the c7 and was not disappointed It is pure corvette, no mid engine , rear wheel drive . A real American experience, I luv it !!

2019 Chevrolet Corvette review
To the guy that thinks this is a death trap- are you driving a Prius? I can think of about 100 other cars that are worse than this Vette. This are no different than any other fast car. You can get killed in any car if you get hit by a Semi truck. Every small car, every cross over including full size and mid size. Yea, if have a big xxx suburban or anything like it, you may not die, but you may not walk ever again.

I recently got a 2023 Bolt EUV through Fowler Chevrolet and had the best dealership experience of my life. Great team here, and as an added bonus they aren't adding any MSRP markup like so many of their competitors around town. Last year GM agreed to give me an MSRP swap on my 2021 Chevy Bolt because of the huge delay with the battery recall. I spent several months searching for a dealership to host my swap in both Colorado Springs (where I live) and Denver. I dealt with some really awful dealerships, some very disinterested dealerships, and some dealerships that expressed initial interest but eventually failed to return my phone calls. And then there was the downright shady Foundation Chevrolet (stay far far away from this awful dealership), who agreed to host my MSRP swap early on and placed an order for a Bolt, but then over a month later when they realized they couldn’t slap their $5K markup onto the swap canceled my order out of the blue and set me back almost six weeks as I had to start over from scratch. I contacted almost every Chevy dealership in the Colorado Springs and Denver areas over the following month and wasn’t able to find a single one willing to host. Finally with the help of GM and a district manager I was put in touch with Fowler Chevrolet (I had somehow overlooked them in my search). Their extremely outgoing general manager Nick Guzman agreed to host the swap, and put me in touch with their Internet Sales Manager Doc Holliday. Within 15 minutes of getting on the phone with Doc - who was incredibly helpful and easy to work with - I had a new Bolt order secured, and a promise from Doc that they would not cancel the order on me or sell it to anyone else. The best part was that Fowler had already placed an order for a Bolt in the exact color and trim I wanted that was set to go into production the following month, and they were awesome enough to give me that order (which I’m pretty sure was extra work for them since they would have to swap out allocations with GM) so I didn’t have to wait over six months for a new order. Bolts are in such high demand right now that they easily could have kept that order for themselves and even marked it up $5K. Fowler is clearly more interested in building up a loyal customer base than making a quick buck. True to his word, Doc got me the Bolt I wanted, and contacted me the moment it arrived at the dealership. Doc and Adam Ciotola, their sales turned finance guy, came outside to greet me and my wife the moment we pulled up at the dealership. While Doc took care of documenting my old Bolt for GM, Adam showed us the new Bolt and all the cool features that we didn’t have in our old one. It was refreshing to talk with a Chevy sales rep who actually knew about electric vehicles (which definitely wasn’t the case at any of the previous Chevy dealerships we had worked with), and Adam was every bit as nice and helpful as Doc was. While I can’t speak for everyone at the dealership, I can say that the three people I worked with there (Nick, Doc, and Adam) were all wonderful and made our experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. I would definitely buy a Chevy from these guys again without hesitation, and very well may just make the drive all the way back up there when I’m in the market for another Chevy EV. 2022 Chevrolet Corvette review
Never owned a Corvette before my 2020 C8 2LT. This American sports car is a super car costing 3 & 4 times less than others. My only disappointment is the camera in the interior rear view mirror. Head lights and driving lights flutter in the camera and at night following vehicles appear to be in a fog. It's a smart man's super car.

1997 Chevrolet Corvette review
I have a 97 Corvette I bought with 82000 miles on it. I have replaced the oil pressure sending unit twice. I have replaced all the shocks. I have replaced both gas tank sending units and fuel pumps. I have replaced the power window and power lock switches on the drivers side. The ac compressor needs replacing . I do love the car. It is Carmine Red.

2024 Chevrolet Corvette review
2024 Stingray Z51 Convertible. Great buying experience and no issues in 7 months and 5K miles. Great features and and runs great with better than expected fuel mileage. Just a couple Cons - Run flat summer tires are somewhat noisy and not offered with adaptive cruise.

2023 Chevrolet Corvette review
I've owned many high performance cars--BMWs, Jaguars, Mercedes, including previous Corvettes, and driven many others. My 2024 Hard Top Convertible C8 Z51 with 3LT trim outdoes them all... in looks, performance, luxury and reliability. This car is stunning inside and out. The exterior design still looks like a Corvette, but with stunning and cutting edge mid-engine styling. The handling and shifting are sublime and, in fact, the C8's eight speed DCT is the exact same one found in the $260K Maserati MC20 Cielo... even the C8's hard top was designed by the same German company that made the Maserati's top... all the way down to the little adjustable rear window. Finally, let's not forget the LT2 engine that is pure sweetness, proven and reliable. Step inside and you'll find the C8's interior is both functional and ultra luxurious, with advanced styling that goes beyond most sports cars... from the impeccable leather stitching and full aluminum paddles to the amazing looking floating dash and the slim, almost invisible air vents. The glove compartment and console don't need locks because they lock automatically when you get out of the car. Every possible driver need has been considered, from side view mirrors that lower when the car is in reverse so that you can see the curb when parking.... in addition to the mirrors folding inward--either automatically programmed or with the touch or a button that's conveniently located on the armrest. Settle your hands on the not completely round, but curvy, leather laden steering wheel, and you're given a unique treat of design meant to work for optimal human use. Press the heated steering button and the wheel warms up exactly where you place your hands, above or below the spokes. Most sports cars are known for their nefarious blind spots... but with the digital rear view mirror and blind-spot monitoring in the 2024, this issue is all but eliminated and makes this a very safe car on the road. Add in mag ride control, and it's a magic carpet grand tourer that soaks up the road like a large sedan. But the moment you press the Z Mode (there are 4 built-in modes, plus 2 customizable) the aggressive nature of the nearly 500 hp beast jolts alive. With performance traction control, fade free larger Brembos, and the electronic slip differential plus special Z51 gearing, the C8 doesn't merely drive-- it pounces and leaps like an unbridled racing thoroughbred while hugging the corners effortlessly. The interface seamlessly blends both screen and buttons for easy usability. For example, the MC20 Maserati has no button for raising or lowering the hardtop; users must go through the computer screen interface to raise or lower the top. But the C8 has a dedicated button--push it down to open the top; pull it up to bring the top down. Simple. Intuitive. Easy. The C8's entire interface its like that.... there are intuitive buttons for many features-- such as raising and lowering the front lift, windows and climate controls. Speaking of the front fit, the C8's front lift function can remember 1000 locations and is operated with--you guessed it--a single button. Interestingly, the C8 raises the front end 143mm compared to slightly over 50mm for the MC20. Finally, the C8's computer screen interface is blazingly fast and easy to understand and use. It wirelessly hooks you up with Android and Apple Car play the instant you turn on the vehicle. You can change modes in a flash, and the heads up display changes with the models as well. In short, the C8 Z51 is a dream car. You could get other C8 variants, and they will also be amazing. But for daily driving, getting on the track with durability, speed and handling, the C8 Z51 might be the sweet spot. Anyone who owns or drives one is fortunate indeed.

2020 Chevrolet Corvette review
I bought a first year C8. Everyone warned me of failures. I replied it’s a Chevy, created with a lot of pride in Bowling Green KY USA. Worst case scenario it had and has GM extended warranty. To date with 27,000 miles only had problems with the front bumper, it had to be repainted three times. Did Museum delivery. We drove to Pahrump, did the school. Then drove Rte. 66 to Missouri then the Tail of the Dragon then home. It looks just as beautiful today as when we first saw it. To me I think the E-Ray is the best of all. Great horsepower, acceleration and gas mileage and no gas guzzler tax.

2024 Chevrolet Corvette review
Thats is an actual supercar. I have never driven a car that makes me smile more while driving. The mid-engine and sloped front end gives it the Ferrari vibes and it constantly delivers. The interior is surprisingly luxurious and I have not had a single mechanical issue with it.

2023 Chevrolet Corvette review
Update from Vette Guy of Tucson, Az. I received my replacement Z-06 convertible almost exactly 2 months from the date I ordered it. It arrived exactly as ordered: Mist Red with Natural interior, Z07 Handling Package, Visible Carbon Fiber Big Aero Package, Carbon Fiber Wheels and Racing Seats. I have 800 miles on the car, so far no problems. I plan on racing the car in the September Silver State Challenge Ely, Nv. open road race. I raced the 2023 Z06 there in May, great race try it! I'm also attending the Z06 driving school in Pahrump,Nv. I did the Z51 school last year, highly recommended! Overall a big Thumbs up to Watson Chevrolet for keeping their word on getting me a replacement Z-06!
