I had a great experience with Kenneth Barnes as my dealer. He was very knowledgeable and patient in the process of me getting the car I wanted. Definitely ask for him when you go to Webb Chevrolet in Oak Lawn. I was there for 5 hrs and he didn't complain or disappear on me, which let's me know he was dedicated to helping find the best option for me. Thanks again Kenneth!
When I walked into the dealer, Paul was the first person to welcome me and he was so nice, not aggressive at all and soft spoken. Normally you get over the top aggressive salesman that make you feel so uncomfortable when you are car shopping but he was the total opposite and I was so pleased to work with him. The whole process was wonderful and I will definitely return to him for future purchases.
The service advisor was through and tended to my service needs with interest in making sure I understood what was needed. I'm confident that should I require additional service the treatment will be acceptable.
In November, 2008 gentleman totaled my car in Oak Park, Illinois. In November, 2018 an uninsured teen without permission to drive her sister???s vehicle totaled my car in front of my home. Both times, my totaled vehicle was towed to Currie Motors! Both times, with Christmas around the corner, I had not a dime - nothing to call mine but my paid off, totaled vehicle. Both times, gentleman at Currie Motors blessed me with a vehicle. I have another Impala thanks to Dred going to bat for me and pleading my case.
I absolutely LOVE my new 2018 Chevy Malibu. Dmitri Kostyuk and Rolando Deluna were awesome!! I had a 2016 Malibu that I had WON as part of the NWI Times & Chevy Dealers contest. I was devastated when a young girl plowed into my car while my 18 year old daughter was driving it. (Her and her friends came out with only minor scratches - best car ever in safety features!!) I didn't want to have to replace it and end up having to put additional dollars towards it over what the insurance settlement provided. I found a 2018 demo that allowed me to purchase this car dollar for dollar from insurance money. I looked at other vehicles in my price range and nothing compared to this. This is my third Malibu, and I love it! Thank you Demtri and Rolando! I came from Griffith to get this car and it was worth the drive !
For the most part, this dealership is not bad and are legitimate. I could be picky about certain things with my car purchases and the years I’ve been with them, however at the end of the day, they always take care of me as a valued customer and I appreciate the service.
I was really impressed with Webb Chevy .more so with the dealer Geleco gee Marchbanks he made my process in buying a car real easy and fun ,he not only went over all paperwork but also made sure I knew how to work everything in my car .I really appreciated especially coming all the way from Detroit .I would recommend this place and have been to everyone.
After the service engine light lit & checking with On-Star, I was advised of an emission system issue. When I took the still under warranty vehicle to the Dealership Service Dept., I was advised the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Lisa the Service Advisor was told of our scheduled out-of-state trip. she advised me the replacement required, the wiring harness may take weeks to receive and install. The Dealership went out of its way to provide a loaner and our original p[ans did not have to be altered. In total the problem took 19 days to correct. Lisa called and kept me informed as to the repair progress thru-out the period and reassuring me that everything was taken care of and the vehicle would be ready upon our return. It was ready for pick-up on our return with just a couple signatures required. This was the fourth SUV I'd purchased from Mike Anderson and service like this is the reason I will keep going back.
Carl Weatherspoon was amazing in taking care of my needs and making sure the air conditioning unit and media screen was taken care of properly, in a timely manner and not too much of an expense from my own pocket . He made my experience great!
Overall it was great. It took an hour and 15 min for an oil change, which I thought to be a bit long, but it's a busy place I guess.
