Purchased a new Avalon from them today. Wesley Radford was my sales rep and the entire process was an extremely pleasant experience. Wesley was patient with me and did not give any hard sell tactics. Relatively painless process when you don't have a great credit score to work with. They can finance where major dealerships cannot (will not). They finance in house
