I recently traded my 2024 Colorado on a 2025 canyon. My experience was fantastic start to finish. My salesman Zane was extremely helpful. He never tried pressuring me in any way. He was very knowledgeable about the truck I was buying. I needed a couple days to speak with my wife and he didn’t text me or call me to try and pressure me into the deal. He did touch base on the second day but again no pressure like I have experienced in the past with car dealerships. When I decided to buy it they agreed to moving my truck cap from my trade to my new truck free of charge. I was very impressed with that. The man that handled the paperwork not sure of his name but again super polite and very professional. He did ask if I wanted an extended warranty but didn’t try a push me into it. I couldn’t have had a better experience !! That’s why I’m on my 4th vehicle with Tom Kelly dealers

Anthony is a genuine person who cares about the buyer not just about making a sale. I hope he continues to grow with Spitzer. "Me and my family purchased four vehicles from Auto City...." - brianwoodward57 Me and my family purchased four vehicles from Auto City. Each time, there is no nonsense, no pressure and no games. They are very helpful when choosing a car and getting financing. There is no price haggling because the prices are extremely fair...and I know how to verify the value of a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra with all the fixins'. I purchased the car for about $900 less than any other dealership I shopped. Plus, it was in great condition, except for some minor things one would expect a used car to have...but their service department fixed them very quickly and perfectly. My last car I purchased at Auto City was a 2011 Chrysler 200 which had 54000 miles. I am still driving that car in the family and it currently has 218,000 miles. My son bought a Toyota Matrix and drove Uber for 3 years, trading it in with 230,000 miles. Another car bought was a Chevrolet Malibu that was purchased and is driving great with no problems and well over 100,000 miles. All of the cars we purchased had no problem other than an alternator, battery and minor things like that when cars reached over 160,000 miles, and this is to be expected. We never had any major issues with any car, and no problem until many miles later after purchase. My most recent purchase at Auto City took in to consideration that I was self-employed this time. Isaac Duran, the finance manager, did everything in his power to get financing with a lower interest rate, and he did it. All I can say is that if you go anywhere else, you will pay more, put up with weird sales games and miss out on an easy, positive experience in buying a car. And, to boot, they will stand by your car for 6 months, 6,000 miles along side the dealer warranty (they have a huge auto service department to ensure the cars they sell are good). They have always backed us up and made buying a car a positive, easy, confident and a no-risk transaction. Anywhere else I went to check, I always got the "weird-ar" pegging out. Very good, honest people and great cars, with no worries! This is a very positive review, but there is truly nothing I can complain about after buying all of our family cars there for years. Talk to salesperson Mike or Alex...they are both very helpful, friendly and know what they are doing. The sales manager is great and ensures everything goes quick, smooth and I get a good deal.

Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?
2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

My experience at Honda of Grand Blanc has always been wonderful. This last visit was no different. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I always wait for my vehicle to be serviced and this time I was expecting to wait at least 4 hours as I was having a long list of items tended to. To my surprise my vehicle was done in less than 2.5 hours. I also always appreciate that I'm never pressured into services that I don't need. In fact, many times I have asked if certain services are needed and I'm told not at this time. So instead of padding my bill, I end up spending less than anticipated. I will continue to take my vehicle to Honda of Grand Blanc until I no longer own it.
