2016 Chevrolet Spark review
This car was perfect for my son's first car. Not a lot of trunk space, but that is the least of his worries and the back seats do fold down if he needs the room. The interior is very nice, black leather with heated front seats (this was very important to my son). It has a sun roof and all the necessities. Bluetooth and rear camera, as well as driving assistance and anti-theft. They put a lot into this little car.

2014 Chevrolet Spark review
avoid the automatic tranny and get the 5-speed stick! Fun, safe (better than the same year Honda Fit). I have 137K miles on mine with no major issues! I installed a coil-over suspension designed for this car and it handles better than my Mini Cooper. Not fast, but plenty fun with the manual tranny if you keep the revs up. 52mpg on the highway!! Hills are no problem!!!

2016 Chevrolet Spark review
Love my car. Great car in the city and flys through roundabouts, easy to find parking. Beautiful body. 4x100 wheels easy to find. Set of tires are cheap. Best economy car ever built, I have 65,000 miles and never needed service being manual transmission the breaks are still half life just had to lube them piston bolts.

2016 Chevrolet Spark review
I have always driven large cars and trucks. This car has been so much fun for what it is. It is the most comfortable economy car I have ever driven. I am nervous about the cvt. I had the dealer (against their recommendation) flush the fluid and filter at 45K. We’re at 90k now so I’m going to have it done again. Considering it’s an economy car, it’s very good in every aspect except the 0-5mph acceleration. It just doesn’t want to get moving—but you get used to it, and it’s fine once it gets rolling. Fingers crossed that its reliability continues beyond 100k.

2017 Chevrolet Spark review
Bought a 2017 Spark to be a tow car for our RV. At 2200lb, the car is lightweight, and it hardly ever feels like we're towing anything at all even in the mountains. While it is not an off-road vehicle, it is still great for "extra vehicular" transportation once we're at a campsite. Almost 40MPG (39.6) means fewer trips for gas. It would be cramped for four people, but it holds two people just fine in front. When being towed, and with the back seats stowed, the car has room for lots of gear - a benefit of being such a lightweight car is that we can offload the heavier gear to the Spark. Its small size means it's easy to maneuver and park. Many time we've been able to park in spaces that a bigger car would not have fit into. Apple Car Play makes things nice for longer rides.

2021 Chevrolet Spark review
I own the LS model with the manual windows and it does not have power locks or mirrors. I got it because I needed a reliable car, and this has exceeded my expectation. It is not the most comfortable seat, but again I didn't buy it because I wanted a Benz, and it could be much worse. I have put 9k miles on it with a few very long trips and it has done great!

I never expected the car to have so much get up and go. Unfortunately, the insolation and suspension are not the best. I feel every bump. It’s very loud on the highway. I can barely hear other people talking while driving on the highway.

2019 Chevrolet Spark review
I purchased my Spark new, June 2019. I love this car! It is now, one month before 6 yrs of owning my Spark. It has less than 10,900 miles on it. This car has great maneuverability, gets great gas mileage, and I love the Hot Red body color. The only thing I've had to replace, in almost 6 yrs, is the battery. And that was just a few months ago during freezing weather. It gets regular oil changes and maintenance checks. The 2019 Chevy Spark is one great little car for the money.

2015 Chevrolet Spark review
Lost this car after hitting a deer a week ago, but she lasted a good 2 years (it was at 50k miles before the accident). Did very well in the city, but struggled when it came to going uphill on the freeway (would stay at 60mph even if gas was slammed) and accelerating with the AC on in the summer (engine air filter problems). If it weren't for the fact I look to go out of town more often, I would get another one. It also made wind noises if the back windows were open at high way speeds. Surprisingly big on the inside for a tiny car, but it's still small.

2015 Chevrolet Spark review
I've only had the car for a week, but gets great gas mileage. If you can believe the mileage on the dash I'm getting 38.8 mpg. It isn't a speed demon but has good pickup for a 4 cyl car. I do notice hesitation when shifting into drive but it I attribute that to lack of power. It does fine getting me where I need to go.

2017 Chevrolet Spark review
This is a fuel efficient and modest car. It achieves 98hp has a 9 gallon tank and an automatic transmission. The LS has crank windows and old fashioned key-lock doors. You can haul a reasonable load in the back seat and hatch or even three other people, though it might be somewhat cramped. It appears to be designed for urban commuters, but I've driven it some decent distances and in all seasons now and it seems to up the challenge of all weather and (paved) terrains. The onboard technology (radio, backup camera, and internet connectivity--with Apple Play and Android Auto) is surprisingly good. Its small size makes it fit easily into small spaces. I'm from Pittsburgh PA. I wanted to buy a Dodge Dakota and did a Google search. There are not many 1999 Dodge Dakota's in my region that are still road worthy or worth the price that people are asking. I saw one come up at Instant Equity Auto on cars. com. Every single person i dealt with was excellent at answering any questions I had. I flew out and was there Black Friday 2024 they helped me with taking back my rental car, and off I went 2100 miles home with a used 1999 Dakota. Was I a little stressed? xxxx yes! But, the truck was cleaner then anything I've seen. And it didn't skip a beat! 80mph or 65mph, she just kept going! I was home by Monday and she is still going strong 💪. After I got back, I had some questions about the title and everything, again everyone was extremely helpful. As with any used car, I will say do your own research, anything can happen at any time. I bought this truck as is. But I can say it was exactly as they described it and I'm very happy with their service! Thank you, everyone at Instant Equity Auto 😁

2019 Chevrolet Spark review
There is NOTHING I don't like about my Spark ... that's not to say that there couldn't be some improvements ... but it is EVERYTHING I want in a car in 2022. I bought mine back in 2018 ... love the roll up windows (power windows break over time and cost money), love the REAL ignition key, love the manual transmission (had to search high and low - but that's okay I found it), love the compact size, the Apple Car Play, the comfort - - - but MORE THAN ANYTHING, in this world of $5 gas ... I can't tell you how happy I am with the mileage. I AVERAGE over 38 mpg. That means for the price of gas, my expenditures are the same as a schmo with a car that gets 19 mpg back when gas was 2.50! I like it so much that I bought my son a brand new 2021 Spark outfitted the same way. I was devastated to hear that GM will no longer sell them after 2022.

2021 Chevrolet Spark review
I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.
