I had a very good experience with my salesperson, Erik. He was attentive, not pushy, and seemed to have my best interests at heart. I do wish everyone there was as responsive as he was, and answered my questions when I asked them (the finance manager we were using and Erik were off on the same day, and we couldn’t get anyone to return our calls). We did buy a car here, so overall a good experience. On a side note, the service department needs some work, as they are grossly understaffed and made me feel like I should go somewhere else to get our other car serviced.
My husband and I broke down on our way home from TN back to NY. We realized our local Ford dealer messed up our Escape as we were halfway home when they did a routine oil change. We had to call a tow truck and were towed to this Ford dealer after service hours and Kevin Delawder went above and beyond to help us out and make it so we could get home. Highly recommend based off hospitality of this fella alone. Thanks again!

There is no indoor showroom which makes shopping a bit sporty on a cold, windy or rainy day. But Russell happily brought the cars (plural) we were interested in seeing right up to the door for us.
Did I mention no-pressure. That is different from no-hassle which means take it or leave it. In the end, Lindsay will deal on the price, especially if you are trading in.

I have been dealing with Country Chevrolet for a number of years. Last June we bought a new Silverado from Bobby Soutter and the deal was great, I got a good price for my old truck and a good price on the new one. We decided to buy a new Chevy Malibu so we went back to Bobby and again we made a great deal. Bobby will find rebates and discounts to give you the best deal possible. He worked hard searching for discounts and saved us several thousand dollars. I have bought several vehicles from Bobby and if I buy another one it will more than be from Bobby Soutter. The man has 16 years experience and waiting for your call.
I came in looking for a Volkswagen Jetta and when I showed up they were waiting for me, offered us refreshments while we were taking care of everything and helped to reach the payments I was hoping to have.
I take my truck to Steve at Country Chevrolet to have my truck serviced. I always go to Steve Chipman because he has been the man when I need service. He is a person that will answer your questions and give you excellent advice when asked. He answered a question concerning warranties and I took his advice. When I had a problem with my A/C on my truck and because he explained why extended warranties were a safety blanket, the A/C was covered because of what he advised me to do. I will not go to any of the other service agents. The others are good but my preference is Steve Chipman.

My entire experience was great. I sent an email requesting information on a vehicle. I received a very prompt response from Dana. Dana coordinated with me the entire time. She provided the information needed for an estimate on my trade-in, as well as the online application once I was certain I was interested.
Once I arrived to the dealership, the process was extremely smooth. I drove the car, loved it, all the financing was already completed and the numbers were great. I must've spent less than 45 minutes between the test drive and filing out paperwork (which was a majority of electronic forms, a nice touch that sped up the process) before it was all done.
Overall this was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. I'd definitely recommend Dana and the team there to anyone looking for a vehicle.
