I am impressed with personalized response of sales team. I am looking for a particular used car and have not yet found the right one. I can only speak for the initial follow up response which is prompt and courteous. The only negative is the unnecessary sales emails that have nothing to do with my search. I also could not rate 4 of 5 areas due to above mentioned reasons, but a 5 star to date
Very easy and trusting I went in just for the regular maitnance on my truck. As soon as I got there I was greeted and attended to right away. Hector wrote up my car and sent it back right away. Took care of a recall I didn't even know I had.
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
Yeah okay, I saw the reviews, read them, and figured its just another persons opinion. I wanted to buy a new car and sales was able to answer all my concerns but my credit wasn't where it should be to buy. But, the salesperson next to me had a customer who was relentless. She was demanding items that the sales person tried to appease. That customer was rude and in some cases harassed the sales person. Sales person stayed calm, never raised her voice. The abusive customer walked out but not because of how she was treated by the dealership. Personally, I will come here when my credit is better.
Fast from start to finish. Everyone was friendly. No pressure to purchase. I will go back for my next GMC. This was my first GMC product and so far I have enjoyed it. It has a nicer interior and styling then my 2 previous trucks. Tundra and Ram.
Ned was very professional, Very Transparent explaining estimate in detail. Will definitely return for future service. I came in to get recall completed as well as Oil Change & Tire Rotation. Was able to wait, Work was completed in no time !
Easy and painless process to service vehicle. Used shuttle to get dropped off at local gym. Completed workout and service in 2 hours! Service agent Trinidad helpful as always. This was my third service since vehicle purchase.
I was looking for specific features in a Chevy Bolt. They responded very quickly and explained the available discounts clearly. They provided "out the door (OTD)" quotes, which is very helpful so you can compare apples to apples. Unfortunately, they didn't have a car with the add-ons I wanted.
My experience there at west coast auto was good but the fact that I have to get a new bulb for my tail light and battery for my remote they should of have to replace that not me other then that very good.
