Came in looking for a used truck. The salesman, Ryan Brewer, patiently and clearly pointed out that a new vehicle was best for me. Followed his advise and drove out the same day with a new Silverado. Professionalservice from sales to completion of deal. Very pleased.
I my opinion Ryan Brewer is by far one of the best salesmen I have dealt with. He spent time getting to know our vehicle needs before he suggested alternitives. Ryan went the extra mile in the buying process and after the sale follows up to make sure everything is going well.

You fixed my problem after another dealership ( Balise in Springfield ) told me that it was all fixed when in fact when it was not. Your service manager Steve took the time to listen to my problems and reassure me that I in fact was not crazy and my truck was making a noise that should not have been hearing. Your team will of mechanics fixed my issue and my truck drives like its brand new again. After being in a car accident where my vehicle was totaled, I had a great experience with Burke. All individuals that I dealt with, Steve in Service, Mike and Larry in Sales, also Tony and even Mr. Burke, were great and made me very comfortable with dealing with a new vehicle purchase after the accident.
This dealership had the used car I wanted and made the negotiating, financing, and purchasing process pretty painless. Paul was a friendly, helpful, and communicative salesperson, and I appreciated his straight-forwardness.
Started looking at their website for a late model used GM with low mileage. Found 2 that interested me, so I made an appointment to see them with Charlie Melnick, the Salesman. Decided the Verona wasn't quite what I was looking for but the 2016 Chevy Cruz was promising. We took the Cruz for a drive, and this was it-the car I was looking for.
I liked working with Charlie, he was honest. low key, and he listened and answered our questions. Signed the deal on Tues, and picked it up on Saturday as we asked. The following part is impressive:

OnStar is only available on GM vehicles. Try it. I have never seen the kind of service ONeill's gives it's customer from any other dealership of any other make of car. Our first, but not our last car from O'Neill.
Both Charlie Melnick and Lou the Finance Manager, were pleasant, informative and knowledgable of the GM cars.
O'Neills has a great location at the intersection of RT 44 and 202/10 in Avon. If you are seriously looking for a car look no further.

The waiting area is clean and equipped with chairs that make laptop use easy. Very nice to be able to get work done while waiting.
I have regular servicing at your dealer ship. I didn't pass emissions recently so I needed to get repairs to pass, and I plan to go tomorrow. The service department reviewed the issues that needed addressing to fix the problem.
low tire pressure indicator still showed low pressure after owner used air pump. Dealer checked all tires and reset the indicator in less than 30 minutes with no charge.
