I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.

I can't thank the Staff enough for my car service. The staff set me up with a same day ride home & a loaner to pickup the next day. Bob came over and asked me to go with him and start up my car. Well, the car worked. Bob said when he heard the noise he wanted to check if the steering wheel column. All car needed was to be greased/lubed. Bob, thanks so much!
I went for an emissions test and got a nice deaker experience. There was no one ahead of me. It took about half an hour and the waiting room was a big upgrade over the usual emissions test station. Comfortable seats, HD TV, clean bathrooms and free coffee or water. Cashier Sam has a funky english accent and Shelby was professional and friendly.
Very straightforward Chevy Volt lease transaction with Peter mostly over the phone, and also all around great customer service. Jeff was also great handling financing details, found incentives and ensured a smooth process and fair pricing.
Overall, I would certainly recommend and look forward to a good relationship with H&L Chevrolet.
Dave Pollack and Sales Manager Lou were absolutely terrific. From a customer service perspective they make the car buyer or leasing experience an absolute pleasure - and hassle free. As a family, we've purchased and/or leased three vehicles from H&L and will continue to do so in the future, thanks to people like Lou and Dave.
Bob Godzeno zeroed in on the perfect car to meet my needs and budget. And imagine my surprise when Jeff Pearce, discussing the financing, told me we were getting back $920 for the early cancellation of the service contract (that I did not remember we had) on our Camaro, which had been totalled in an accident. First rate !
I have going to H&L Chevy for years. The service staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They keep me informed on the progress of my repairs and when I pick up my vehicle I know everything was done and done right. Having confidence in the people who service my vehicle is very important to me. Making an appointment is always easy since they are very flexible and always work around my schedule even on short notice. They are definitely the A-Team.
We truly appreciate Dominick understanding our situation and making himself available to us to pick up our car on Thanksgiving Eve. Our original salesperson, Brandon was off on the day we wanted to pick up our daughters car, but they arranged for Dominick to fill-in and we are very happy with our purchase and experience... and believe you me, there were some bumps in the road this evening, but Dominick displayed professionalism and patience throughout the entire process. We are happy with our purchased and my daughter is happy with all of the safety features of her new car. We would like to thank the manager Fernando for helping to make this deal happen.
