With the exception of the gentleman that delivered our Explorer to our home you would have had a Perfect Score. I truly felt sorry for him. I gave him a ride to the front of our neighborhood because I had to leave as soon as he got here. 1/2 way to the front he said he had to go to the bathroom. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to assist him. He just seemed a little distraught. As far as the young lady that checked me in, she was a Perfect 10+. Tune over the top! She went over the top to make my experience perfect. Hope this helps!
