On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.
Dave Browning and Bob Winstel are super. I had to leave and come back next day as Bob was off Dave filled in with missing a beat. Would highly recommend this car company to any buying now or in the future. Thanks again guys!!

Kings DJC is the only place we shop for our vehicles. The Grand Cherokee Laredo and Commander have out-performed any vehicles we have ever owned. He did everything he said he would. Mr. Brinkman is a kind man. He put the wheels in motion to sponsor my son's charitable foundation, The My GI Foundation www.mygivets.com and Kings DCJ was given a Combat Wounded parking sign from the foundation. We need a third car and it will be a Kings DCJ vehicle and we already have a nice guy in Mr. Chad Johnson searching for our current need. We go back next year and buy the third Jeep dad has had since 1994. You can buy a car anywhere, but few do the extra work to bring you in at a fair price, with no loan surprises, and I highly suggest buying your investment from Kings DCJ.
I went in needing a new car and even though I got the vehicle I wanted there was a mess up with the banks so I had to get info to them about my income and make a trip back. This also resulted in me paying $50 more on my payment which I was not happy about. Also I asked about a few minor things and it never got addressed. All in all I wanted to get my down payment and my trade in back but I love my new car.

Everyone was courteous. Technician recommended an urgent repair. Was not able to talk to the technician and the service rep could not answer my questions. Also, I was probably overcharged for the Keyfobs, but I have not heard back from McCluskey yet.
