Jack Schmitt Chevrolet Wood River review
My Car died out in the morning and decided to go find a replacement. Went to Jack Schmidt in Wood River IL and met a salesperson named Kadin. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price I was willing to pay. Kadin came out with 2- vehicles I might be interested in. I drove 2-vehicles he selected. I ended up buying 1 of them. Kadin gave me the best service that as a customer could expect. He went thru everything and it only took about 2.5-3 hours total from driving the vehicle to walking away with what I wanted. Go see Kadin at Jack Schmidt in Wood River for great service
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Ackerman Toyota review
This was the best car-buying experience I?ve ever had. David Henley was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and prompt when helping me buy my new Prius. I walked in expecting to get into a used car, only for David and the finance manager to help improve my situation with a brand new Prius at an incredibly low price! These people really care about not letting people get upside down in a loan that only hurts them in the long run. I will absolutely be returning here when my wife and I are ready to purchase a new mini van for her.

Dave Sinclair Ford review
We have purchased 6 cars or trucks from Dave Sinclair Ford or Lincoln. They have always treated us well during and after the sell. We tried to buy a Chevy EV Bolt this month but the service was so bad we choose to keep our Lincoln instead. If I had not moved to the east coast last year, I would continue to only buy from Dave Sinclair.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

After intense negotiations we reached a deal that I feel was a descent deal of course I would have liked to have gotten more for my car and given less for theirs along with a few more concessions from them but overall I think things worked out pretty good.

It was amazing. The salesman understood my needs and wants and financial situation and found me the perfect car
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is our go-to dealership for a reason! We've purchased several Jeeps from them over the years and have always had an excellent experience. We've even confidently referred our family and friends, and they've been just as happy. Steve is absolutely great to work with, and Sheryl is fantastic too. Their professionalism and helpfulness make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend them!

I bought a 2026 brand new Sportage from Ryan. From the minute I walked in it was the best experience I have ever had. Ryan was extremely patient as I was not sure what car I wanted. I received everything I asked for with a smile. I felt like I was valued as a customer. Five stars definitely!!!!

Pundmann FordReviews
Pundmann Ford review
Went to Pundmann Ford for an oil change and new battery. I have bought 6 new cars at Pundmann Ford over the years and they have been the only people that have touched my vehicles. The reason I buy from Pundmann is the Service Department. They took me to work, picked me up when the vehicle was done, kept me informed through the experience, did good work, and only the work necessary at a fair price. What is better than that?
2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

So far so good. They did the safety and emissions test. That's a beautiful thing. I'm happy with my car and their service. I'll definitely tell others about them. You should give them a chance.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Highly recommend!!! Great to work with, upfront, honest and willing to negotiate. I really enjoyed working with Greg. I would come back for my next family members car! They made sure the car was filled up and good to go on everything before I left. The process was quick & easy.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Bommarito Nissan HazelwoodReviews
Bommarito Nissan Hazelwood review
I was in an accident and my car was totaled. I wanted to replace it with a new Nissan Rogue, it the car dealership that I got my last one at was no very anxious to help me find one since I hadn’t received the check from th insurance co. yet. Todd Eversgerd went out of his way to find a car, get the extras that we wanted installed on it, kept in contact with me re: when the car was delivered and the work was done, etc. He even went so far as to try to match the color of paint on the number of our license plate that had been scraped off during the accident! Eva’s very professional and went above and beyond in all aspects. When we got there, he was busy with someone else across the street at the VW dealership, so he had Matt help us wile he was over there. Matt also was excellent. He went over everything that Todd had written down including giving us the manuals, having us watch the videos, introducing us to the finance manager. Afterward,Matt took us out to the car went over everything about the car,and programmed our phones into the car. He then called Todd so Todd could make sure we didn’t have any other questions. I have never had anyone go to the lengths that stood went to make car buying so easy. Will definitely be back for our next car!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Suntrup Kia SouthReviews
Suntrup Kia South review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Suntrup Kia South, and I can’t express how satisfied I am with the experience. Despite being a thousand miles away, their professionalism, transparency, and warmth made me feel right at home. From the moment I connected with Moe Saad, I knew I was in good hands. Moe exemplified the epitome of a top-notch car salesman, providing me with reassurance and guidance every step of the way. My search for the perfect EV9 led me to many dealerships, but none matched the integrity and authenticity of Suntrup Kia South. Moe and his team went above and beyond, offering red carpet treatment without the need for an actual red carpet. Even while under the weather, Moe ensured a seamless transaction, passing the baton to Dzenis, who continued the stellar customer service. From start to finish, every detail was meticulously handled, including a thoughtful conversation with sales manager Dave, who ensured my satisfaction was met at every turn. In an industry often plagued by deceit and gimmicks, Suntrup Kia South stands out as a beacon of honesty and excellence. It’s rare to find such a level of service and transparency, and I can confidently say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Despite the distance, I’d make the journey again without hesitation. If you’re in the market for an EV9 or any vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit Suntrup Kia South. You won’t be disappointed. Hats off to Moe, Dzenis, Dave, and the entire team for exceeding expectations and setting the bar high for customer satisfaction.
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Our experience was nothing less than awesome. Alex our salesman went above and beyond anyone we have ever dealt with. He made it pleasurable and seem less!!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I have been a repeat customer at Federico for more than five years at this point and they continue to go above and beyond for me that keeps me coming back. I am a brand new mom and recently was informed my Jeep has a recall. I reached out to Colton and not only did he get me scheduled, but he offered to take my car in for me since I live close and so I could keep my baby at home. We are customers for life all thanks to Colton!!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

CarMax Hulen Mall review
My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!
