Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
I recently needed some service done. After VW Lithia confirmed that my water pump, thermostat, and housing needed to be replaced, they took care of it and even offered to keep my car so they could do the service as soon as they had time, which was appreciated. I have the Certified Pre-Owned warranty on the car and everything was taking care of in a professional and expedited manner without cost to me. A special thanks to Emrah Tabakovic who was extremely helpful, kept me up to date as much as possible and provided care free transportation for me, all the way to Pella. The next day Emrah also provided transportation back to Lithia when my car services was completed. As icing on the cake I received a simple but attentive "complementary car wash". I also really appreciated that the sales person I bought the car through came over to me to make sure all was well and I was being taken care of, Sejad Dubinovic was that sales person and I appreciate his personal approach very much. Cars can, and will be, expensive and, sometimes, a pain to deal with. Lithia Volkswagen has been very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help me whenever I needed them and I recommend Sejad and Emran for their openness, honesty and customer service.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Pearson Nissan of OcalaReviews
Pearson Nissan of Ocala review
Sam Brown was our salesman at Pearson Nissan Ocala. This is our second Murano we bought from him. Sam is a person with exceptional people skills and extremely knowledgeable in car sales and about the cars in general. His demeanor is very calm with no pressure to buy or lease. We look forward to seeing his friendly face when we walk in. Definitely an asset to Nissan Dealership. He keeps up with our birthdays and calls to wish us well during holidays. He is a keeper!!!!
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Had a wonderful time. Bought a new Chevrolet High Country. Great truck. Great sales people, glad about it. Great truck that's all I have to say.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Nice Dealership. Gregory the sales rep was excellent. We negotiated over the phone . Drove 3 hours to check it out . They had it detailed and ready . Even had some sandwiches as I waited for the paper work . They gave me a full tank of gas on a pre owned car . Most dealerships I’ve dealt with don’t . If you need a car check them out . Worth the drive .

Walser Nissan BurnsvilleReviews
Walser Nissan Burnsville review
Anthony Pitts is the go-to guy. Let me begin by saying I would rather have a root canal than car shop. I dislike the entire process from overbearing sales people to negotiations ending with the hard sell for all the upgrades. When we arrived at Walser Nissan Burnsville, we had a firm idea of the car, packages and upgrades we wanted, our budget and preferred finance option. We walked in and stood for a couple minutes while people looked at us while walking by. As we tried to figure out who to approach (we used a side door due to construction), Anthony came from the back and immediately walked up to us, introducing himself and shaking our hands. He asked if we were being helped and offered to take us to his desk. Important things I noticed: 1) : Anthony made eye contact with me, shook my hand and didn’t divert communication directly to my husband. Being equal parts of this process it was refreshing to be treated as such. 2) Anthony’s desk is a tall top, I explained that I had just had knee surgery and he immediately moved us to an empty low-top desk. 3) He was authentic in his approach, his communication and his demeanor. Anthony had a trainee (Dante) with him and while we walked Anthony through what we wanted, he was also walking Dante through the process. He was patient and thorough walking both Dante and us, through the process. Anthony is very knowledgeable, personable and genuine. While we waited at various points in the car shopping process (paperwork, financing checks etc) the conversations were fluid and easy-going, touching on several topics from his military career to our pets to places we’ve traveled. It felt like we were chatting with a friend, not a guy trying to sell a brand new car. Anthony was attentive to both my comfort and the car buying process and I actually had a really good time! Lessons learned: 1. f you want to buy a car, go to Walser Nissan Burnsville. 2. Ask for Anthony 3. If Anthony is unavailable, ask for Dante (no longer in training) 4. Car buying is less painful than a root canal (and can even be fun) if you find the right sales person. 5. We plan on only buying cars from Anthony (or Dante).

I WORKED WITH CHRIS AND HE WAS NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND THOUROUGH, I HIGHLY RECCOMEND HIM.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Clay Cooley Kia of PlanoReviews
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
For starters, let me just say that I primarily like the van. It's good looking and the Uconnect system is better than previous iterations. However, what gripes me on a major level is the lack of a shifter. The know thing is ridiculous! There is no way to select a lower gear (other than first) when needing engine braking. Just smoke the heck out of the brakes, I guess... No way to downshift when needing more engine torque. You have to just mash the laggy throttle and wait until the computer decides to allow you to do so. Which leads me to my second major gripe. Who is driving? Me, or some integrated circuit? Well If I go too fast, I get the ticket, not the computer ganglia under the dash. So yeah, IM DRIVING. Let me drive and stop second guessing my every input. Lagging throttle. Delayed gear changes and upshifts into pointless high gears at low speeds. Inability to select a gear range manually. My third gripe is: The stalling! Darn thing just dies every time I stop at a red light or stop sign. Sure I can turn it off, but it turns itself right back on again. (Again, I am the driver. Stop overriding my decisions. ) Who made the deal with some starter manufacturer for that cockamamie crap? Its got to be bad on the starter to have to keep restarting at every stop. Maddening! My last point is in general for ALL automakers... Humans have legs! We need space for them when sitting in back seats! Little humans pointlessly kick things with their spazzy little legs. Maybe add about 12 to 18 more inches (per row of passenger seating) in your design phase for limbs that 99٪ of vehicular occupants posess. Believe me, there is room on the roads for minivans that could be 2 to 3 feet longer. Parents will thank you. Rear seat passengers will thank you. Oh and there's this... " ding, ding, ding, ding,... bing bong, bing bong, ... buzzzzzz.." STOP IT! Every darn thing makes a dinger or bingbonger go off! 2018 Pacifica... Needs: Room for actual humans in back. A real gearshift and MANUAL SHIFTING ability. How about a real manual transmission. With a clutch pedal and 5 speed manual? And the REAR VENT WINDOWS THAT OPEN!!! Kids fart. A lot! We all want the rear vent windows back! Does NOT need: Any more computer garbage trying to override the actual driver. More speeds in some trashy automatic slushbox excuse for a transmission.

Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.
