I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Jeremy Ratley at Myrtle Beach Jeep. From the minute I spoke with Jeremy he listened to what I was needing and looking for. He immediately said he knew the vehicle that would fit my needs and budget. This was a tad older, but low mileage As-Is vehicle, but we did agree to place on the We Owe a few items that we both thought were a minor/quick/easy fix that they would take care of after purchase. They immediately set an appointment with me, put me in something to drive and attempted the repairs. A day later they called and I returned to get my vehicle. However, only half the issue was fixed. They asked me to bring it back the next day and I did and again they attempted to fix but no good. So promptly they made another appointment and tried again – this time a very expensive fix. Unfortunately, this too failed to correct the issue. By now I knew they had spent way more time and money attempting to fix the issue than they had planned or that a reasonable business plan would allow. After a productive meeting they agreed to take the vehicle to the manufactures dealer to have them diagnose the issue and I agreed that if they would pay for the diagnosis, I would take care of the fix. We made another appointment and they again put me in a vehicle to drive while they took care of taking the truck to the dealer. This last appointment took much longer than I expected, but when they called and said they had it back, they had already paid for and fixed the truck. This was another not so cheap fix and was above and beyond my expectations. I know dealers get a lot of flack sometimes for not taking care of issues or customers. But my experience with sales, service and upper management was superior and the entire dealership went above and beyond to make the sale right! I want to thank the entire dealership, but especially Jeremy in sales – AWESOME! Lee the Sales Mgr, Tyler in F&I, Jim and Matt in Service, the mechanic Craig and the GM Ryan. If you’re looking for a vehicle and don’t at least stop here and tell Jeremy what your looking for, then you’ve done yourself a big disfavor. My next vehicle purchase will definitely start at Myrtle Beach Jeep and yours should too!

They got it all fixed up and give us the paperwork for the testing that was done. They call my husband that it was done with in a week or less. 2021 Ford Escape review
I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

The car we were interested was detailed and waiting for us when we arrived for our appointment. We were greeted right away by our sales contact and then did an initial walk around the vehicle. We then took it for a test drive. Upon returning Kris asked us if we had any questions. All pricing was clearly shown and we got a very fair price for our trade in. We agreed to a deal and picked up the car a couple of days later. It was detailed again and the gas tank was filled. Kris followed up to make sure we were happy. 2021 Ford Escape review
Bought in 2023 used with 30k miles, after driving it for six months it had become my favorite car, it’s smooth, I avg 27mpg in town driving, 33 highway. They don’t have tons of street lighting here and I hit a curb one evening and enjoyed discovering a spare tire I could switch myself until going to tire store next day.
