Stopped in around September of 2017 to look into a new truck. I met Jen who was very informative and helpful, but we determined this was not the right time to buy for me. Shopped around for a couple months, got some good offers, but I knew I wanted to work with Jen again. Went back to Tasca in the middle of May of 2018, and spoke with another sales person who just wanted to make a sale and took a very long time to meet my needs. This was my first time buying a new vehicle like this, and there was a clear difference in quality of service. A few weeks later I went back and asked to work with Jen, She walked me through the whole process of what I was looking for, not one ounce of sales pressure. Very laid back, very personable and understanding, and incredibly helpful. She even was able to nearly match a better offer I had from another dealer for the same truck, and I walked out with a nicer truck than offered before. She answered every question I had (and I had A LOT) with a straightforward, to-the-point answer. Absolutely wonderful experience working with Jen and I hope to do business with her in the future.
