Jason Rice provided excellent service and helped me set my sights on a new 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium vehicle. When I first arrived at Kunes Country and he posed an important question??????When are you looking to purchase a new vehicle???????I shrugged and offhandedly murmured, ???Oh, you know. Soon. Probably.??? Little did I know, I would return 24 hours later, ready and willing to purchase my new set of wheels. He guided me to a vehicle and provided some necessary information about hybrids before setting me off on a test drive. It was at that moment I was sold on the make and model. That was the easy part; the difficult process was about to begin. I tend to have a specific taste when it comes to vehicles and, admittedly, I???m often very picky. The color and features have to be just right. Yes, I???m one of THOSE customers. Oh, the abject horror. Jason was not dissuaded. Taking the printout of the vehicle I built on Ford.com, he set out on a hunt for the car of my dreams. He soon discovered two suitable vehicles housed in Indianapolis. They were out of state, but one could be mine???as long as all the pieces fell into place. My nerves began to dance, but Jason didn???t bat an eye. A few calls back and forth and something amazing happened???Kunes Country had my car. Jason helped set up my phone and offered a hand if I ever had questions down the road (what an awful, unintended pun on my part; apologies). I have drove my new car away Tuesday evening and still experience happiness each time I don???t hear the engine turn on (it???s also fun to freak out my friends with the car???s silence, but those are stories for another day). I actually love driving now. My 2011 Ford Focus SE (also from Kunes Country!) was nice, but I REALLY love this car. Thank you, Jason, and thank you Kunes Country. There???s a reason why my family continues to return to your dealership. You have a great team, and I can always find respect and warmth there.
