I really, really liked the no-haggle car shopping experience at Planet Honda. I've gone through the high-pressure sales pitch thing before at other places, and it is not for me. Instead, at Planet Honda we had a very helpful and knowledgeable representative (thanks, Brian D.!) who was extremely patient with us as we tried to decide between used and new, different models, and so on. Brian went out of his way to help us find the right car that fit our needs and budget. This was the best car-shopping experience I've had - no pressure, just helpful, excellent customer service.
Jeff and his team are the besr to work with! Always customer needs and lifestyle in the forefront. They always make sure the vehicle is Perfect. I wouldn???t even consider buying one of my most important and expensive possessions from anybody else. I trust him implicitly.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Steve Cantrell at Shortline GMC in Aurora was fantastic! We moved to CO from TX in September. We wanted to trade our GMC Sierra for something with AWD and smaller. He was very knowledgeable about the Terrain we were considering. It did take several weeks before we were able to return for a test drive and make the purchase. Steve was very patient with us. He made the entire process painless.
It was the right car, and it was the right time to purchase. I really do love my Buick Encore, and was so glad to time it with some great incentives. I also am very happy with the peace of mind that the extended warranty gives me.

Eli Swadowski (sales professional at Ford) made leasing a new car a very positive experience ... the paperwork was all in order when I arrived to get the car, which allowed the entire process to be completed within an hour. Eli took the time to go over features of the car as well. It was a pleasure to work with her!
The service department was sketchy at best here for a long time. I do have to state my last visit was much better. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was horrified at the line of cars as historically they were very slow in getting to and returning my vehicle in a timely manner. This visit it was done early. They also did almost all of what I asked which is much better than usual. Historically they would tell me they rotated and adjusted tire pressure when in fact they did not check tire pressure. When I questioned why the gauges said it was off they said it was the gauge. I double checked when I got home and sure enough they hadn't done the work. This time they didn't replace a break light I had asked to have done but did get all the other items done and done well. Big step in the right direction! Thanks to whoever is now running service as the changes for the better are definitely noticeable!

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
I bought my first new truck here. I was walked through the entire process and felt very good about the purchase. Everyone was extremely pleasant to work with! This was our second car we bought from Longmont Ford dealership and it too was a very good experience. No pressure and lots of patience! Nick was fabulous and showed us whatever we asked to see and never tried to push us into anything. He walked away when we needed to discuss and was right there when we had more questions. He listened to what we were wanting and we walked away with a fabulous car at a fabulous price.
We had an amazing experience working with Steve. He was very professional and very easy to work with. He was kind and made the car buying experience easy. He was very straight forward and went above and beyond to help. I would strongly recommend working with him!
