This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

We were greeted and waited just a few minutes for Steven to come and himself. He was very nice but not overbearing or pushy. He already knew what car I came to test drive. He was able to answer questions about the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about cars in general.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

My experience was dealing with Lance Easley. He is a great guy to go to if you need to make it happen. Lance's sales approach comes with broad product knowledge and a desire to see the buyer get their favorite options and configurations. If you want to take a shot at a Lincoln, I would say you are on the right track (I came from a very high end german ride and am over the moon with the Navigator). 2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

Jacob was easy to work with, not high pressure and if you've met him in person you'll easily see he's very toned down. I would say that if you do plan on buying a vehicle, get there early or during their non-peak time then you can get in and out in an hour. Not as fast as I've seen others work, but faster than several. The manager was nice, didn't follow me outside to pressure me to buy a vehicle on my initial visit. Even though the car was 'as-is' they did make sure that it went out the door correct and didn't just say you're on your own if you experience anything during the test-drive. They did want to make it right.

James was my sales person. He was kind and patient while I test drove a bunch of cars. He was highly professional, and I would highly recommend him as a sales person. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible.

I purchased a used car today, and it was an incredibly easy and completely satisfactory experience. I had already done research on the car, which was very reasonably priced, and was inclined to buy it pending anything out oof the ordinary with a test drive. Virginia Ramey set me up so quickly withthe test drive, with the car out front by the time that I arrived. I was happy with the drive, and everything then proceeded smoothly and quickly thanks to Virginia and the sales team. No weird extras were thrown in, and I was literally off the lot with the car within 90 minutes of showing up for the test drive. Kudos to the team!

There is not one thing I can think of that this car needs, but doesn't have. From the power, heated seats and steering wheels, to 36 degree camera system, it is really something to behold.

I bought my 2007 limited new and drove it until 2020. Only put 120k miles on it. Only had a few issues- starter and a needed tune up. I sold it to my son in law. Great truck, comfortable, power, and lots of room. Very reliable and great in snow. It has served them well and has only needed a few repairs. I bought a certified 2018 expedition limited and it is great also. Gas mileage is so much better with the turbo V6

This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!
