We recently purchased this vehicle and it amazing! I can’t imagine any other luxury items they could put in a vehicle! This suv is extremely roomy and comfortable. The ride is so smooth with a super quiet engine! This is perfect for our large family that basically live in the car!
This was my first time at Criswell and my first Chevy! Anthony was the type of salesman you want to deal with. knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. He listened to me about what I wanted and went out of his ways to get it.

With only 200 miles on it so far I just wanna keep driving it. Love the power, roomy, plush interior. My only complaint is u wished it came with better floor mates.
Sheehy Ford is fortunate to have wonderful folks both in their Service department and the Body Shop. They went out of their way to not only keep me updated but worked with the relevant companies on my behalf. I am extremely grateful to Steve and his entire team in the Service department and Erica and her team in the Body Shop.

Very impressed with the Expedition style, handling, performance and technology! Not only does the vehicle have tons of space but it handles well and maneuvers really well considering its size. I chose the Expedition over the Yukon because the features, design, and customization are better. I LOVE driving this!
I’ve been a BMW driver for about 3 years now and have been to numerous BMW dealerships. In my experience, all BMW dealerships hold themselves to the highest standards, but somehow Sterling has set themselves far apart from their counterparts.
Whether it’s walking into service or the showroom everyone recognizes me and remembers my name from previous engagements. It makes me feel very welcome and part of a family of BMW aficionados. The expedition meets our need for comfort on the road and interior space for our luggage and companions. It rides very smooth and the turn ratio is excellent. Very easy to steer and good acceleration getting unto turnpikes and hi ways. The interior is comfortable with all instruments within easy reach.
My Experience at Koons Sterling Ford in VA was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. The entire process was easy and stress free. Our Salesman Seth was professional, honest, and made us feel Welcome the minute we arrived. Thank you for everything!!! We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

The new body design and interior design make this car the best mom car on the planet. There is so much space and the twin turbo v6 is a beast on the road and hauling our travel trailer camper.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?

I did a lot of research for this car. I test drove many like vehicles and even made a spreadsheet to compare them all. It did not have everything, but came close. The tech is simply outstanding and the comfort is heavenly. So far, it has driven like a dream, far from the expectation of a big box truck I expected. Smooth power and transmission. It feels good to drive and I like the height on the road.
