I want to give a HUGE thank you to Brandon Walker at Grapevine Ford, along with Devin, who helped with all of the financing and paperwork. As a single mom, buying a vehicle can honestly feel stressful - especially when you’re trying to find something that is not only practical for your life, but also something you genuinely feel safe, comfortable, and confident in long-term. Since I was purchasing a used vehicle, it was really important to me to feel secure in what I was getting and not rushed into something that didn’t fully fit my needs. Brandon truly exceeded expectations throughout the entire process. His communication was incredible from start to finish, always keeping me updated, checking in, answering questions quickly, and making me feel heard instead of pressured.
