2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I can’t say enough good things about Moose (can’t remember his actual name) and Xavier. We came in literally just looking and even with that in mind they both gave us the royalty treatment. They tag teamed as Xavier was our salesperson and Moose was the manage. Took the time to show us everything the truck had to offer, let us take her for a ride, and got back with absolutely no pressure. We loved the truck but knew we were not ready to buy. Moose, again with no pressure, ran some numbers without a credit check and even told us about a couple of trucks coming off the assembly line in case we were ready at that time, again no pressure. I would have left out of there with a truck but husband has to bring me back to reality. We literally went to other dealers looking at other trucks but both of us agreed not only the truck but the amazing service would bring us back to Fitzgerald’s when we are ready.

Salesman Harrison was top notch! He stated That he is relatively new to the business, however is off to a great start and has a promising future! This dealer also communicates with each other and out of the 3 people i spoke to, they all knew what was going on with my deal. I also spoke to salesman Chip who was also great and very helpful. Eric the finance manager was not like any other finance manager I’ve dealt with they are typically pushy and arrogant. This was not the case with Eric. He was informative and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed and assisted however he could. Upper Marlboro have me a great deal on the truck I purchased and also great value on my trade. This is not common during current times with any of the other Ford dealers. Harrison even drove the truck 3 hours to me and picked up my trade in. This was an effortless vehicle purchase and I feel upper Marlboro did whatever they could to make the deal happen. I highly recommend them and would encourage any one to deal with them and reach out to Harrison to get your next vehicle.
2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.
