I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon hard rock from another dealership in Oklahoma this past May. This dealership where I got it, never mentioned the multiple things wrong with it. I inherited many faulty problems with the engine and fuel system that I was unaware of. I took it to Melton for multiple repairs and worked with John in the service department. Best choice I ever made taking it there. John was just excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. Today I picked it up and runs like brand new. I couldn???t be happier. I deeply thank John for being honest and his patience plus expertise in explaining all the parts, work and time it was going to take to get everything right. I tell you, I???m bonded to Melton service and the staff couldn???t be more helpful and friendly. Melton service is the only place we will go now to service our vehicles. I highly recommend Melton service, they are A+ top notch period. I???d say take your vehicle there even if you live far away from Claremore......I know everyone would agree wi this post. The Ford Explorer Platinum has a very beautiful exterior that has the look of a true SUV not a roller skate like some of the SUVS out there.
I was looking for a used vehicle and I was refereed to Stephen Stanley and he took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me options and helped me get into the vehicle I wanted!!! Finance manager was super friendly as well!! I'd definitely recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle there!!

My husband and I went to Ferguson’s to look for a late model used pickup recently on a Saturday afternoon. We we able to shop by ourselves without being bombarded by salesmen. At the right time Tim Flusche came out and asked if he could help. He gave us prices on the trucks we were interested in. My husband selected his truck and Tim got the paperwork done quickly and we were on the road. There was no pressure to buy and that’s how we like to shop.

Great interior comfort- was looking for a vehicle that for a man ^'^" and a woman 5' The accomodations are perfect for both of us!.
Good power available when needed. Pretty paint - looks black, but is midnight green.
Has just enough ammenties- we're not fond of all the "bells and whistles" Couldn't be happier.
This was by far the BEST experience we have had purchasing a car. Ther was very little back and forth and was completely painless. We only had to come to the dealership to pick up our truck and only there for a short time. We will for sure be back to purchase our future vehicles here. Our salesman was exceptional and caring!!!!!!!!!!

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
Mark was able to find me a xar with really good rebates on it. This helped me as I owed a little more on my trade. This was my 2nd deal with Mark and I would highly recommend him!

This truck my wife and I rented a few years back and fell in love with it. We wasnt looking for one to purchase but the deal fell into our laps and we couldn't pass it up. We're glad to tonown one now.
A great experience, friendly and courteous salesman. Took the time to show us all about the new vehicle. Back seat has some of the packing still glued on, but we have been promised it will get taken care of by their detail guy.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
I have been using Bob Hurley Ford for the past 12 years. I have always been impressed with everything from the salesman, to sales manager working the deal, to the finance manager making sure we get the absolute best financing possible. This experience was no different. Very easy, we were in and out in about 2.5 hours, which is actually not very long.

I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.
Carolyn & Bob Hurley ford made buying my first car a great experience. She was not pushy with trying to get me to spend more money than I wanted to which was nice and worked really fast on finding me exactly what I wanted.

this car has grown on me over the years, and the handling has improved greatly, and now some way, I will own one for my family and myself!
Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
My salesman Jim Herin was the best! Good communicator and always on top of things during the process. I bought my truck on line sight unseen. The photos were beautiful and Jim arranged all of the shipping to get it to me in Nebraska. Aside from needing to jump start the truck to get it off the moving trailer and then putting it on a charger it was just as advertised! I love it. I would work with Jim again when i need to get another vehicle. The finance department leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting on paperwork to prove i own the truck. Finance department is the only reason they did not get 5 stars.

it meets my needs but I don't feel like you get too much for your money. We have had some issues with the touchscreen system freezing up, covered under warranty though.
Really good job, gotinand outquickly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle

I leased the 2013 Explorer Sport. It looked great. It had the 3.5L Ecoboost. Never had a problem with the engine. The rotors however would warp consistently. I had alot of overstear. I brought the vehicle back at lease end with under 28K miles. The front seats looked like they were 10 years old. Just worn down. at 6 months before lease end the drivers side door panel had a 2 inch crack in the seam exposing the foam underneath. The dealer pushed it off and didnt want to repair it. Its a good thing I leased it. Never again...
We came in and bought a vehicle from Ralph and he was the best salesman we have ever had. He answered all of our questions. We will be back when it's time to buy another vehicle.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
