Overall the experience was excellent, Klinton and Janessa were very easy to work with. The only disappointment is that the second key's battery is dead, does not start and react with the truck at all, totally dead. The dealership should check each key before handing them to customers. That Friday was very busy at the dealership, my truck was not washed and cleaned when I took ownership, it was just a minor observation but it should've been done even though they were busy. With the minor issues, they did a great job overall and they deserve a 5 star rating. There is always room for improvement and I hope they take this review seriously and improve along the way. 2018 Ford Fusion review
I have had mine 2018 Ford Fusion since 2019 and just had battery replaced last year 2024,and replaced brake pads this year 2025 IT IS MAKING ME HAPPY !

I buy the 2018 Ford Fusion se it’s been a month and half since my car is not working due to shifting problem I call the ford dealer they told me I have to wait 3 to 4 months before they can repair my car it’s like a joke and when I keep calling the ford dealership in the area another dealership told me it’s going to take a months before they can check my car and repairs it hmm that’s so funny cause there is no way for me to stay without a car for a months since I have to work and do my things

Went for a ride on Sunday and spotted the style F 150 truck my husband had been looking for. Liked the truck, low mileage and the price wasn't bad. I spoke with my husband, we went to our bank to check out financing and before I could call Jeff to let him know we were coming out to test drive the truck, he called me to let me know someone else was looking at it. We told him we were on our way anyways and he kept us aware of what was going on. Everything went smoothly with Jeff's help. We traded in our 2014 Ford F-150, got a decent price, did some paperwork with Nate (who wasn't feeling well but was still very pleasant and professional) and we were on our way home with a really nice truck. It is hard to find a vehicle nowadays without all the whistles and bells so this truck was perfect for us. 2018 Ford Fusion review
So I got the 2018 Ford Fusion in 2019. Sadly I got into a wreck and it was totaled. But, overall a great car.s I only had this car for 3 years, originally had 24K miles and ended it with 61K. There were only a couple problems with one being my electric side completely shut off in the road randomly, and I couldn’t move my steering wheel at all. Luckily it was a cheap and easy fix and only took about a day. Other than that I had no problems with basic low tire pressure (which might have been my fault) I am trying to find a 2018 Ford Fusion in my new car search, highly suggest and cheap to insure!
