AutoNation Toyota Hayward Server Department

Very impress with the staffs and attitude at the AutoNation Hayward Service Department. I purchased my new 2015 Sienna from another "leading" dealer at Fremont, CA, where I live. The buying process at that dealership is good but the Service Department are not present. the Service Advise and the Service Manager have pretty indifferent attitude. On one instance, where I want them to fix a loss second roll seat on my new AWD Limited mini-van, The Service Manager refused to even go to my van to understand the issue. He simply said that he is not a mechanic!
My friend have refer me to AutoNation at Hayward to look at the issue. To my surprise, the experience at AutoNation is very positive. I work with Johnny Rodriguez, who is patient and listen to my complain and finally, help me to get the issue fixed. Since then, I have bring my mini-van to AutoNation for all service and repair. I want to work with a Service Advise that listen to my issue and be my advocate.
