First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.
I recently leased a new 2018 Kia Niro from this dealership and I can say the service I received from my test drive with Sunit (my apologies for probably misspelling than) to sales team of Mark and Amed. Sunit was very knowledgeable about the car and the options I was looking for, and Mark and Amed were very helpful in working with the budget I had in mind. While they asked me if I was interested in the more expensive Niro models, at no time was I pressured into going for the higher priced models that were out of my price range. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and Would recommend this dealership to a friend.
This is the second time I am leasing from this dealership and in both cases the experience was exceptional. Both Mark and Tony were very helpful in understanding what I was looking for and offering a car that perfectly matched my needs.
It was a pleasant experience bringing my car to AutoNation for service. My only gripe was the fact that I brought my car in at the earliest time available and it was still a seven hour wait before my car was ready for pick-up. This was for an inspection, tire rotation and alignment and wiper replacement. When I asked about the long wait, I was told the dealership had many cars come in for service that morning. I had an appointment that was made the previous week for the earliest time-slot available. How did all these other vehicles get in in front of my appointment?!? Small gripe for some, but it burned most of my day off..............
I came here to buy a LEAF and I was pretty picky, but they took care of everything and gave me a very good price! I can call them any time with questions and they genuinely seem happy to help. This is now my first choice when it comes to dealerships.
I came to this dealership because they had a very specific and rare car that i had been looking for. I week before I went to the dealership, i spoke to Peter Ong in the sales dept and he very carefully informed me of the process of getting it. Long story short, i ended taking an eight hour bus ride to the dealership the following week to see if o could buy the car. Peter picked me up from the bus station and took me out to lunch after he heard i hadn't eaten all morning. My car wasn't going to be ready until the following day so the dealership put me up in a hotel after Peter informed them of the bus trip i took to get there. Peter drove me to the hotel and picked me up the following morning and even bought me breakfast! Peter is the nicest guy you'll meet and he made the hassle of getting a new car an absolute breeze. If you ever need to get a car from this dealership, get in touch with Peter, he will go above and beyond for you. I promise you won't regret it!
Capitol Ford is an amazing dealership whose customer service practices are top tier! Bought my 2018 Ford Edge Sport yesterday and it was a flawless experience. I have bought new cars before and it has been a painful process like you wouldnt believe. I never thought I would get an audi because I used to heard a lot of concerns about euro auto qualities. I almost got a TLX, just because I was not sure about the leasing deal yet, I was about to come back to Acura next day with some study. However, somehow we stopped at Audi to give a first ever try on Audi A4, yes, that was the fun time started. Anyway, we ended up at Audi Fremont for the color/configuration we were looking for. We were so lucky that Dante got us first. He shared many knowledge and experiences with us to help us to make decision. Unlike other sale folks, Dante did never show any hint to rush the deal to his customer. Even better, he gave us a good deal already when we were ready for the quote to begin with. It seems Dante just enjoy his work more than selling stuff. At the time I drop my A4 off, we become friends. I strongly recommend Audi Fremont if you are looking for an audi product, and you shall go to Mr. Dante Kanki whom you can trust for sure.
