I had an outstanding experience at Brustolon Buick GMC! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making the process easy. There was no pressure, just honest communication and great customer service. The entire buying process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. They answered all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and helped me find the perfect vehicle at a great price. Even after the sale, they followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase, which really shows they care about their customers. While we ultimately did not get a car there( not do to lack of choice or cleanliness) we were going back next day because we ran out of time lol. On the way back we ran into the perfect car. Nate was awesome pulling vehicles and their no pressure sales makes it a place I will look again. Prices, inventory and cleanliness were refreshing.

Rice Buick - GMC Inc.Reviews
Rice Buick - GMC Inc. review
Rice Buick - GMC delivered beyond our expectations! My husband and I little road trip (3+hrs) from Clarksville, TN in the middle of our recent winter snow/ice storm was well worth it. Corresponding with sales (Daniel) was spot on...very friendly, professional, and pleasant addressing my concerns and making time for me immediately!! New ownership sank in shortly after our initial text/conversation; photos were sent to me directly soon after clearing off the snow/wheeling it in to be detailed. All that for me, WOW!!! My 2024 GMC Yukon 4WD SLT (Luxury Package w/Ultimate 22" wheels), sterling metallic, mileage 5132 and that's unheard of is an ABSOLUTE BEAUTY! The entire purchasing process was swift and seamless. We were greeted by name with smiles by everyone upon entering the dealership, making us feel very comfortable like family. The entire team (from sales consultant to finance to product and delivery specialist) all valued me as a customer, thoroughly walking me through set up/familiarization of the premium infotainment system. Rice Buick - GMC - Winner, winner and I highly recommend them, 100% The Smart Choice!!!

Reliable ChevroletReviews
Reliable Chevrolet review
After my previous legendary encounter with Ryan, I returned to Reliable Chevrolet for new tires that were recommended during my last visit. I scheduled my appointment for Saturday, fully prepared to once again witness greatness. But plot twist? Ryan was not there. For a brief moment, I questioned everything. Had I arrived too early? Too late? Had the universe shifted? That?s when I was introduced to Cord. Calm. Steady. Unshaken. A man who carried himself like he had trained in the same sacred arts of automotive mastery. Without hesitation, Cord took the reins and handled everything flawlessly. No chaos. No delays. Just pure, efficient execution like a seasoned veteran stepping into a championship game. At one point, I?m fairly certain my Trailblazer rolled out of the shop sitting taller, prouder?like it had just completed some sort of mechanical rite of passage. Cord didn?t just fill in?he delivered. Reliable Chevrolet clearly isn?t just a dealership? it?s an academy of legends. If Ryan is the myth, Cord is proof the legacy is alive and well.

I worked with Ron on the purchase of my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. He was helpful, straightforward, and got me into the car I wanted. Mark, the gentleman that handles finance, was exceptional and worked diligently to get the sale done in the best way for both the sale and the buyer. They have definitely earned a return customer.

We came in expecting to look around, but there were so many options that we found exactly what we were looking for. The staff was welcoming and easy to work with. Moe really went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Highly recommended.
2015 GMC Acadia review
Drove over 2 1/2 hours to look at a specific car- the car did not disappoint but more importantly the whole staff was amazing!! From the first online message to the phone call to the online check in when I got close to them having the vehicle not only detailed and waiting but full of gas and ready for the test drive….. simply the most prepared, most friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, honest group of ppl I’ve ever encountered! And how fun they were!! They made what could have been an exhausting stressful drawn out process the easiest fastest funnest most relaxed and confident decision I think I’ve ever made! Absolutely must give the team of Maraya, Kalista and Tim cudos for going above and beyond and making this dream come true! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs good reliable transportation for themselves or a family member! I really don’t think I could have found a better place to do business with. Yes it was a bit of a drive- but I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. 100% NO regrets!! Can seriously not recommend this dealership and this team enough! Don’t waste time thinking- just GO!! DO IT!! It’s worth the drive!!

I knew which vehicle I wanted and Nick took care of the rest. He walked me through the financing options and helped me get set up with an extended warranty. He did a great job explaining everything. This was my first time buying a car and he made the experience stress free.
2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Billion Honda in Iowa City review
Inquired on Vehicle on a sunday night, Had a sales assistant contact me back that same night. Sale's consultant contacted me right away monday morning by 7:15am. He sent me their Ipacket and sent me a video of the vehicle. A few things weren't covered in the video about the body that would have been nice to know, but overall a good experience buying sight unseen.

2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

2023 GMC Acadia review
As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

Larry was helpful and straightforward. We told him what we wanted and what we needed and he was able to help immediately. The finance department was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We went in knowing what we wanted and left 2 hours later with the car. Thank you

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

The prices attracted me. The customer service and experience/ level of knowledge was not great. There was an inconsistency of dealership policy. It would be nice to get a car for the price you expect. I felt forced to purchase items I did not want

2021 GMC Acadia review
Very happy with this vehicle. It looks awesome and has the 3rd row seating I was looking for! The color is beautiful. I do wish the drivers seat was a little more comfortable but it's m not a luxury vehicle so that's expected.
