My salesman Brian did a great job! I started my search online and from the moment I requested info on a car, Brian gave me the best service. He made sure that he knew exactly what I wanted in terms of my purchase and he did everything in his power to make it happen. He was completely honest and upfront about everything and he really worked hard for me. He worked extremley well with my budget, and i got the car that i wanted on the first try!

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

2018 GMC Acadia review
I think the Danali is very elegant for being such a reasonable price. I test drove a used 2015 and with 119,000 miles it didn't skip a beat love the heads up display feature, helps for those of us who cant tell how fast we are going;) dislike center counsel seems kind of small and useless, just a armrest. Also i'm not sure If the newer models have changed much but bucket seats need better drink holders putting your drink in the door(small and shallow hole at that ), is a disaster waiting to happen especially with kids in and out slamming a door with a fountain drink or something other than a caped liquid is going to cause a major mess inside. if it gets shook out when the door slams shut. should be on the floor in back of center consol. Also maybe mirrors a touch larger but again being used to a truck, if it didn't have the safety features of blind spot alerts it would be a added effort of making sure its clear with a small mirror. Love the comfort the leg room i had a friend along that's 6'3 and he was very impressed how he could completely stretch is legs straight out and still left plenty of room for someone behind him. love the moon roof addition sure its nice at night. OVER ALL GREAT SUV!

Pensacola Honda review
Purchasing the Honda Odyssey at Pensacola Honda was the best experience that I have ever had when purchasing a new car! Wendy helped me via the internet purchase process and the trade-in information. Cynthia greeted me when I arrived at the dealership and handled every phase of the purchase. Jason (?) negotiated with me regarding the internet trade-in deal and agreed to honor what was promised online. And Ben (offered me extended care (which I have so far rejected because I was purchasing a Honda, the best minivan in the car industry). Every Pensacola Honda employee did a fantastic job in the process. (Giving each one a 10 out of 10 rating would be too low!) And, the curtesy, professional care, and attention to detail provided by Cynthia was way over the top! I will (and already have have) recommend Pensacola to my friends and associates as the best place in the southeast to purchase a new vehicle. And, Pensacola Honda will be the first place I contact when Carole and I need a new vehicle in the future! Delbert Summey

Step One Ford Crestview review
Randall a new sales person was very helpful to me in my purchase of a new vehicle. He noticed me right away when I was wondering around in the show room and asked if I needed help. I was very interested in one of Fords used vehicles and Randall helped me from the start. Answered all my questions and met all my requests promptly. He was new but all his managers like Cody were very helpful to him and me! They were willing to make a deal with me and made the process very easy & non stressful. The financial manager Violet was very informative and helpful in explaining all the numbers to me. Reassuring me that I was getting the deal that was agreed upon. Would recommend 100% for anyone or myself to visit Ford for their next vehicle purchase!

CAN I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE. This is our 10th year of recurring sales and service at Step One Auto at the Crestview, Florida location. Today, I'd like to recognize Mr. Nathan Wing and Mr Gunnar in the service and vehicle maintenance department for going well beyond and exceeding our expectations. Both of these outstanding individuals are the real reason we keep coming back for so many years. Their quality of work, positive attitude and commitment to service is most impressive. Please pass on our sincere appreciation to their Service Manager, Miss Kelly and to their leadership team at the Step One Auto Headquarters. Thank you for a job well done! Very respectfully, Mr. Sharpe
2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

2018 GMC Acadia review
I have driven GMC SUVs for many years..my current 2018 GMC XLT has been my favorite....comfort and drivability unsurpassed..today my husband and I were in a serious accident, rear ended at fairly high speed...the back end was pushed in all the way to rear seat...we were not hurt and are so grateful to GMC. The sheriff staff there and the wrecker driver both stated we were very fortunate to have been driving the Acadia..it absorbed the wreck so well. I had just said this past week how much I loved driving this car and how pretty I still thought it was. Hopefully I will be able to get in a new Acadia. Thank you GMC for providing a truly safe vehicle.

This vehicle has EVERYTHING and MORE.....this Arcadia is definitely a luxury vehicle. We purchased a used one with very low miles to obtain all of the upgrades. I purchased a 2018 with 40k miles, like NEW! I have two children but love the 3rd row for friends and family. Drives smooth and seats fit like a glove.

2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

AutoNation Ford Panama CityReviews
AutoNation Ford Panama City review
We bought an 2021 F-150 from them. I then went out west to work on a wildfire and, on the way home, the truck died. Originally, I wrote a pretty scathing review of AutoNation Panama City. But, in spite of it all, they have been absolutely amazing. Not only have they been working with the dealership in Utah where the truck is currently being worked on, the leadership at AutoNation has been regularly keeping us informed and went out of their way to make a way for us to get home to Panama City from Utah even though the truck is still being worked on. It's a warranty thing and no fault of AutoNation. They have been nothing but caring and respectful to both me and my wife. I don't know if I will ever buy a Ford again, but I will most definitely buy from AutoNation PC again. I can't say enough about how the folks at AutoNation PC have truly earned my respect through their commitment to taking care of customers, even when that customer hasn't been the most pleasant human being.
2022 GMC Acadia review
I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!

Joe Bullard Chevrolet review
My husband and I were looking for a truck to pull our boat. We had seen the tv commercials for Joe Bullard Chevrolet and really appreciated his honesty about his business. We dealt with Patrick Charpentier and this young man was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the pros and cons of each one. There was no high pressure sales tactics or rush to make a sale. This was the easiest automobile purchase we've ever experienced. We would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!!!! Go see Patrick he will take excellent care of you.

2017 GMC Acadia review
Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!
