Just when I started to think that even Klaben Lincoln service might deteriorate in the way so many other service organizations are, they did a slam dunk for me. The highlight of their response to an urgent situation was when the operator immediately understood the crisis and put me through to someone I thought was a randomly picked employee--but turned out to be Michael, the Operations Manager in charge of pretty much everything. He said he was going to physically start walking around Klaben in order to work things out for me. Wow. I asked him to roll me to Sean Klaben, service manager. As usual, Sean immediately worked with people and tech to get things sorted out. Long story short: Klaben is going to be there for you---no matter what the trouble is. When you need them, they will deliver. Go buy a car over there and you will see I'm right.

2019 GMC Canyon review
Have a 19 4x4 SLT Short Box. Lifted 4" w/ 20" rims and decent all purpose tires. With the relatively short wheelbase and the slight lift, I've never had a 4WD that handles everything so easily, including the worst mountain trails. Have owned for 3 years now and have not had any problem other than a dead battery. The interior is average, but in a utility/4WD that gets mud, dog fur and camping fallout, who cares. My prior SUV was an 04 Avalanche 4x4. Cool truck but bad gas mileage and impossible to park in tight city lots. The Canyon is perfect size, easy to handle and with a couple minor mods pushes 350 hp.

Garrett returned to his home state of Minnesota so, Joshua recommended and introduced me to David Garza, Jr. Not only was J.R. professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, but he also has an infectious energy, a genuine warmth that radiates and a commitment to the satisfaction of the customer this visible in each smile and gesture. I had my heart set on a particular color. Unfortunately, it was not on site. J.R. introduced me to the Floor Manager, Cory Boswell, who searched for the Rav 4 color and upgrades I was looking for until he found exactly what I wanted. Cory kept on checking in on me to ensure everything was perfect. My day ended with Rene Cantu in finance, who crunched the numbers, factoring in a trade-in value that was satisfactory and brought it all together within my budget. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.
