Overall, I had a great experience with Mike Haggerty GMC Service. The service tech answered my questions prior to my oil change. There is a comfortable waiting area. The staff in the waiting area were polite and professional. My car was ready in ~1.5 hours. I will have my next service with Mike Haggerty.

Ewald's Hartford FordReviews
Ewald's Hartford Ford review
Damon made the entire truck-buying experience smooth and genuinely enjoyable. He was incredibly easy to work with—no pressure, just straightforward and honest communication from start to finish. He worked efficiently and respected our time. What really stood out was his attention to detail—he quickly took care of a few small issues without hesitation, which showed he truly cares about his customers. On top of that, he was an absolute delight to deal with—friendly, professional, and personable. I’d highly recommend working with Damon if you’re in the market for a car!

CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy)Reviews
CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy) review
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

Woody Buick GMC Naperville review
Brian Newcomb assisted me with a purchase of a new vehicle. Brian totally flips the script on a car salesman. Brian is exceptional. He is transparent, helpful, and efficient. He puts zero pressure on you to purchase a vehicle, add packages, etc. If you are in the market to purchase or lease from the GM suite of vehicles, ask for Brian.
