Phil Long Ford of Chapel HillsReviews
Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills review
The experience with the car salesman, Julio, was amazing. Julio took care of me and dedicated his time to helping me get the truck I wanted. I appreciate everything Julio did for me, and I recommend that other people speak with him about buying from the dealer. I also do not find it fair that car salesmen are judged entirely for other departments' mistakes, especially those that car salesmen have no control over. I would not judge a waiter for bad food; therefore, a scorecard should not judge a car salesman for finance mistakes. As a learned lesson, include your salesmen in your deal and go over the paperwork after you are done with these other areas they take you on the dealer. Their report card from the survey directly impacts the salesmen, and even if you get a bad experience in finance, they will blame it on the salesmen. Thanks for your help, Julio!

Grapevine Ford Lincoln review
Went in for a 90,000 mile service. Everything was great. Facility was clean, staff polite and knowledgeable, service done in timely manner, no one asking if you want to buy a new vehicle, nice area to work while you wait and the cafe has good omelets made to order. I just wish the cafe opened earlier.

DELLA MitsubishiReviews
DELLA Mitsubishi review
I bought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in June od 2026. The car had higher mileage than I wanted but the price was good and the car was in great shape. In October of the same year I found i needed new brakes, ouch. My sales man Mike Carter said he'd go to bat for me. I made no appointment just brought it up too I might add. Mike told me that there was no bill, said his boss didn't hesitate at all about the cost. I was so relieved. Thank you Mike and thank you to the great team that helped me get my car in and new brakes put on with no bill and no appointment in a few hours. You will always have my business. Diana Aintrazi

Had a great experience with Berkenkotter Motors. Jacob was excellent to work with—friendly, responsive, and made the entire buying process easy and low pressure. They were also very accommodating with my independent PPI and handled everything quickly and professionally. Great communication throughout. I’d definitely recommend them and consider buying from them again.

I live in Ohio and bought a new truck from this dealership because they had the exact truck I wanted. I had never bought a car out of state from a dealership before. They made the entire process quick and easy. They explained every step of the process so I knew what I needed to do next. Everyone from their sales, financing, title and shipping department were great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I also got the truck cheaper than I could, for a similar truck, from a dealership in my area. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Jeff England Motor Company review
Traded for an F250 Ford truck in March 2023, Decided to downsize to a 1500 Chevrolet in July the truck I wanted to trade had a bad fax report which they told me when I bought the truck with paperwork showing it had not been in an accident, when I tried to trade with a bad fax on the truck it became an issue, I contacted Jeff England motors and we worked out a deal so I did not take a big hit financially, Basically getting all my investment back on the F250, Jeff England is a stand up good man, great people to work with and buy from. I highly recommend this dealer ship and will do business with them in the future.

Auto Network of Wilmington review
I recently purchased a Honda Ridgeline from Auto Network of Wilmington and was impressed with a very seamless experience from initial contact, through financing, and final acquisition. EVERYTHING was setup by Jake and John, including negotiated financing, contacting my insurance company for a binder that day, tag tax and title with delivery to my doorstep. ALL for the price advertised on Cars.com! I don't give out five star reviews often but these folks earned every star!

Puente Hills MitsubishiReviews
Puente Hills Mitsubishi review
I came in on Saturday June 13th, 2026. I originally came to see a Kia Hybrid SUV listed around 30k but was highly displeased by the condition it was in. I was upset at first because I'd hope that the sales rep would have told me over the phone that the vehicle was a trade in and it wasn't in the best shape. I drove over 2 hours from Carlsbad and was a bit upset. However, my experience turned around after my sales rep Aaron prompted me to take a look at a new Outlander that was at the same price point. I gave the guy a chance because he mentioned that vehicle did come with a hybrid system. I wasn't too familiar with the Mitsubishi brand but was astonished by all the features that he told me about as we walked around the vehicle. We then took it for a test drive and I was absolutely impressed by how smooth the vehicle drove, the quality of the Yamaha sound system, and the comfort of the seats. When we got back to the dealership, he went over some of the warranties that came with the vehicle and that was enough for me to move forward. I ended up getting an Outlander SE in graphite gray and got 7000 off the sticker price!

Country Auto review
These people absolutely went out of their way to accommodate my purchase. The sales person and manager had the car ready for my arrival after picking me up at the airport. I would encourage everyone to buy at this dealership Caden was excellent as was everyone else. By the way I live in TENNESSEE and everything was taken care of over the phone. Nice work people.

Auto Boutique Texas review
It was a real pleasure working with Mo Hazzal and his team. Morgan the assigned sales associate did a tremendous job for us, from A to Z. From there we became friends. This great atmosphere has triggered our willingness, my wife and I, to do business with this merchant on a continuous basis.
