It was still in the parking lot. All they had to say was they were sorry. I waited an hour and I had an appointment and nobody did nothing about it They haven't even started the oil change at 12 o'clock.

2025 GMC Sierra 2500 review
So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

We didn’t realize it was the Friday before a holiday weekend and when we got there he told us the were a little behind and would take a little while we and we told him that was fine. He keep checking on us and apologized for taking so long. It was fine and we knew with all we were having done it was a going to be longer than just oil change. Hunter is very nice as our advisor.
