Next up were Courtney and Tilly. Their coordination of my service visit was flawless. They did what I asked and suggested other services in the future. Shuttle service was provided at no cost. Tegan was a gentleman and a scholar. What an absolute delight! He opened the door for us and was so accommodating in every way. Please note, "I am an old lady with a broken hip!" I recently traded my 2024 Colorado on a 2025 canyon. My experience was fantastic start to finish. My salesman Zane was extremely helpful. He never tried pressuring me in any way. He was very knowledgeable about the truck I was buying. I needed a couple days to speak with my wife and he didn’t text me or call me to try and pressure me into the deal. He did touch base on the second day but again no pressure like I have experienced in the past with car dealerships. When I decided to buy it they agreed to moving my truck cap from my trade to my new truck free of charge. I was very impressed with that. The man that handled the paperwork not sure of his name but again super polite and very professional. He did ask if I wanted an extended warranty but didn’t try a push me into it. I couldn’t have had a better experience !! That’s why I’m on my 4th vehicle with Tom Kelly dealers

2024 GMC Terrain review
I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

2024 GMC Terrain review
To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

Went up to look at a recently off lease Grand Cherokee and worked with Matt Kronk in Sales. After about 45 minutes, we had a deal inked and they actually gave me a very good value for my trade which was refreshing. Ended up leaving a couple hours later in the new purchase in what was actually a pleasant buying experience. Seamless experience that wrapped up with Finance (Parrish) who was equally accommodating and worked with me to get to a reasonable number. Got a nice follow up call from Matt shortly after as well as him getting me the registration very quickly. My second purchase from a Colonial dealership, both times were very positive. Buying a car can be a dreadful experience however there are some really good dealerships out there (like Colonial) that treat you with respect and don't play the typical games.
