My experience was very easy compared to buying cars in the past. Everything was done online and I picked the car up the same week. The finance process was fast and I felt Kim was very honest and professional. My sales person Hunter went out of his way and brought the car for me to look at.
I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.

We were behind the wheel of our new car in about 2 hours - that is from the test drive to getting the keys in our hands. Loved the cool document signing technology too. Made the finance part so fast and used hardly any paper. We got everything electronically, which is not only environmentally friendly, but pretty darn convenient.
After spending the last month shopping for a small SUV on line and in various car dealerships, I bought a Ford Escape at Olathe Ford Lincoln. Alax Klien was very helpful in answering all my questions and finding the right vehicle for me. My new car has everything on my want list, at an affordable price. It's not too small, and not too big, and there was no pressure to buy. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and Alax patiently explained all the new technology in a way I could understand.
I went to this dealer and the salesperson that approached me looked like just someone sitting around when I pulled up. They were friendly and showed me around but after test driving a couple of cars and giving them my info I never heard from them again. I ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere about three weeks later. My experience of having Kerry for my sales person was 10+++. He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer ‘we will make it happen’. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership in the last 4 years. Kerry will definitely keep us coming back. He answered all my questions and always with a smile even if I had ask it 3x before. With our other vehicles, I have always used Roberts at Platte ity and will continue.
