I live in Waukesha I couldn't make a deal on an incoming car, but I ended up ordering the car to spec from another dealer who had three allocations the dealers in Iowa, but it's gonna cost me $600 to ship the car which is not that bad because I'm saving thousands of dollars I previously purchased another brand of vehicle from this dealer as well but they're one of the largest Ford dealers in the Midwestern United States, which is how they ended up getting my business originally they have a big presence on all of the ford forums so the deals are out there people you just have to look for them. It's not 2022 anymore And ford sales numbers of public Especially when it comes to models like mustangs. But at least I tried to get my local deal of the business first and I provided evidence to them of the deal I could get because you know how it is. They always say that you're lying about the deal you can get. Etc etc etc Do your research you can always save money. It's a Ford. It's not a Porsche GT 3RS OK.

What made my experience even better and a whole lot easier was the lady that works there Janice Schultz. She helped me from the very first phone call. Very nice and informative gave me updates when I needed them made me feel like everything was going to be fine. Didn’t rush me off the phone when I had tons of questions took her time to help me understand the process of everything and calmed my nerves reassuring me that I had chose the right place to get my car repaired. She definitely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond with excellent customer service! Because of her I felt like I had made the right choice in choosing Chuck Fairbanks to repair the damages to my car. Another lady that works there by the name of Ana was also absolutely amazing! Seems like a nicely ran entity of the business is ran by women and I definitely appreciate the way they made me feel comfortable with this situation!
