I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! I bought a 2025 Impreza Base model. This is my first Subaru, and I have to say, for a base trim package, it is A LOT of car! The dual touch screens take some getting used to, but they're easy to learn and navigate. The eyesight system is a pretty cool safety feature and helps keep me focused if I get distracted. The AWD is really smooth when accelerating, and the CVT feels similar to an automatic. I wasn't expecting to like a CVT but I feel like Subaru is doing them right. We'll see where this thing is at in a few years, but so far it feel pretty nice. This thing has plenty of juice when getting up to speed. The steering controlled headlights are a cool feature I didn't know I needed. Overall, this is a very nice vehicle at a great price. It's a perfect daily driver and then some.

We recently purchased our second used Nissan from Audi St. Paul. Both were great experiences, but this last time stands-out. Our sales rep Rasethnu was awesome, professional and caring. We couldn't stay the first day to finish the transaction and they were totally understanding. We dealt with two different finance guys over the two days, and they were courteous and no-pressure as well. Rasethnu had the car ready to go all clean and shiny. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention on the car and Rasethnu made follow-up calls to be sure they were taken care of to our satisfaction.

We worked with Brandon D while looking for a car for our daughter. He was very helpful. He stayed late and was willing to come in on his day off to fit our schedule. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave us lots of options we had not considered before. He was polite and honest with questions we had. Working with him was the best cars experience we have ever had. It's a shame more people were not familiar with this car before Chevrolet stopped producing them. I drive on EV mode almost all the time, except when going on long trips. There is no range anxiety with the Volt. My car is averaging 181,000 MPG lifetime.

My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.

I literally needed a car ASAP in 2019 and didn’t have cash to buy one used for a best value, so I financed a FIT from my local dealer. I did research the FIT and I compared it to other compact makers, and I chose FIT because of the mpg, interior versatility and styling. I also had put Honda as one of my choices because of the long history of reliability, the research was global, everyone is in agreement that Honda is reliable. I also looked at insurance and repair costs by searching for typical parts like shocks, tires, wipers, and these are all in the very cheap range. The interior versatility is by far the greatest advantage when combined with the great mpg, this car is so useful to me. I had once owned a SUV, and aside from super large items like 4x8 plywood sheets, this car hauls anything and efficiently. I would say the only downside is power, the FIT is spirited but revs up quick so that small efficient engine does get on the highway quick and cruises any day at 70, but pacing the fast lane with a Merc or Porsche 718 coming up behind you is not happening. With that said you can haul way more stuff for pennies compared to those cars, it’s all about your own priority situation. As a commuter car it can’t be beat, as a performance rod it stays in the slow lane. Oil changes are easy to do yourself, I change my FIT oil every 4000, oil and filter every 7000 which costs less than half of what is charged by service techs and much cleaner for your engine.

I just purchased a new 2024 Outback at Walser. This is my third Subaru (great vehicles). I have been purchasing cars for 50 years now and this was the best sales experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. A big shout out to Account Executive, Anthony Johnson, and the rest of the crew at Walser for making this such a no hassle sales process. Well deserving of 5 stars.

We had a great experience buying from Walser St Paul Subaru. We bought our car when the new model year was coming out and got one of the last of the previous model year vehicles. The sales person was patient and easy to work with, helping us to understand the pros and cons of buying versus leasing. We've had our car for 4 months now and love the car and the service from the dealership.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

This has been the second vehicle we have purchased from a Luther dealer and I think we may ave found our preferred dealer for life. They always make the car buying process smooth and as painless as possible and are available for any questions during the process.

Great car, I drive my focus RS as a daily, very practical and comfortable. Currently at 90k miles runs like a champ no major issues. Didn’t like the oem wheels due to constantly having to replace tires due to pot holes. The car give me confidence to go into corners at insane speeds, never feel like I’m gonna lose grip. In terms of comfort I can sit in the front seats for hours at a time very comfortable for an average weight/build man. But in terms of interior space the back seats get a little cramped when having tall passengers. But still very practical if your not carrying passengers constantly.

A blast to drive! Brakes are very responsive, quick at lane changes. The car feels on rails at high speed on tight curves. Very happy with the performance of the car. Very decent gas mileage on long trips. I recently did a 680 mile trip and my average was 29.8 mph

Let down by quality issues unknown to Japanese vehicles and ridiculous service and repair costs. I love the car but dread any encounter with the dealer in North Tampa.. I think their service charges are equal to BMW and Mercedes.

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.
