Great car. Gas mileage is excellent. Wish interior was a lighter. I would also like to have the safety features a little bit easier to know if activated or not.

I purchased a used 2020 Honda Accord Sport and love it. 41 to 48 miles per gallon. Runs and rides awesome. Always wanted one and will stick with Hondas going forward.

I walked into LA Auto Exchange wanting to test drive a few cars I saw listed online. When I walked in, my wife and I were greeted by J. I told him we were having a baby this summer and needed to get something safe with some more cargo space than our Corolla. J was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He had all the charm and charisma, without the pushiness and insincere cue cards and talking points of a phony salesman. This was something I was ready for as I’ve had a lot of experience in car dealerships that were less than stellar. He was totally transparent and forthright from the very beginning. No hidden fees, no BS add-ons and what have you, he just spit the straight facts. J’s demeanor totally disarmed me, and all in all he was extremely accommodating to my pregnant wife and I. Not only J, but the majority of the staff at LA Auto Exchange were very friendly with an overall positive vibe in the atmosphere. This includes the manager, who was this super buff guy who’s name I didn’t catch, but he was extremely sweet to us and let us hold the car for a few days while we sorted our bank stuff out. He even congratulated us and shook our hands as we left the dealership. They ended up putting a giant bow on the car and having us take a photo, which may seem like overkill to some, but for us it showed a personal touch that makes you feel like part of their family. These guys truly put care and attention into the vehicles and customer service. Walking around the lot, you can see they take very good care of their vehicles and take a lot of pride in their work. This isn’t the typical car dealership you’ll find in LA. I’d highly recommend stopping by here if you’re looking to purchase a car. I will likely return when it’s time to trade in the sedan. This is the "bottom of the line" 1.5L Turbo Accord and it regularly gets over 40 mpg on the highway. If you need power in a hurry, stomp the gas and feel the turbo kick in. The seats are a little low but what can you expect when the car design is so sleek? It holds the road like no car I've ever owned and is very responsive accelerating or just driving. Road noise can be a nuisance but the ride is smooth. I personally don't like the screen interface sticking out of the dashboard and I think all levels of Accord should come with an electric driver's seat. The paint job is great, the car looks great, and it is a real value for your money

I met the sales representative, Mounsef, when I called to inquire if the dealership had an EQB 300 with a 3rd row seat. Mounsef said they did not have but had a couple that would be arriving soon. He asked if I wanted to see any other vehicles and I said I was not interested. I provided my contact information. Mounsef called me after a vehicle with the features I wanted was available. I made an appointment to see and test drive the vehicle. I had to take my 9-year-old child. Mounsef was professional and warm with the both of us. I was presented with concrete payment numbers for purchase and lease. I was not ready to commit to purchasing the vehicle that day and there was no harassment or questioning. Two days later, I returned and made the purchase.

I shopped all other Dealers and Cabe Toyota Long Beach by far was the friendliest with the best prices. In addition they offer 10 years Free Oil Changes!

My daughters accord had a recall we took it there ...there was some minor investigation needed to see if the car qualified for the repair , but the service writer COREY (UH...) went thru hoops to make it happen for us ... HE WAS AMAZING and handsome cowboy too...him amd matt in sales ..took care of us...would recommend again

Everyone here was very helpful and friendly especially the salesperson named Freddy. He really helped me out the whole time I was there and made the whole process quick so thanks to him I went home with a new and reliable car.

We came to Hertz after visiting a big name dealership that disappointed us in quality and cleanliness. Hertz blew them out of the water with friendly environment and CLEAN used cars. We didn't feel like there were sharks circling us. Instead we were greeted by a salesperson and later the manager. He let us look at cars without a hassle or pressure to buy. The manager pointed out some minor touch ups that he insisted on doing before the car was sold. Overall it was an honest, friendly, and easy experience.
