Worked with Reggie Richardson. He was wonderful. Bought a new Honda CRV trail sport. Got a great price we feel. Would definitely buy our 3rd car here. ( bought my 2017 Crv here) Thanks Reggie. Keep doing what you do.
2016 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

Stevens Creek MazdaReviews
Stevens Creek Mazda review
From start to finish, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Sepesi, my salesperson, and Bomdad, the sales manager, truly went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful, risky process feel seamless and effortless. Coordinating the purchase and shipping of a vehicle across the country is no small task, yet they handled every detail with precision and constant communication, ensuring I was comfortable and informed at every step. Jesus, the finance manager, was equally outstanding—efficient, respectful of my time, and laser-focused on getting the deal done quickly and correctly. No pressure, no wasted time, just professionalism and follow-through. The entire team took customer service to another level. I was never left guessing, never felt rushed, and always felt that my satisfaction was their top priority. Their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference and completely changed my perception of buying a car out of state. If you’re considering Stevens Creek Mazda, do it with confidence. Sepesi, Bomdad, and the entire team have earned my highest recommendation. Absolutely exceptional experience! Kudos to the team and going above and beyond for a customer they never got to meet face to face. This is what true customer satisfaction is all about. We cant thank you enough!

Came in last week to look a few cars. Drove three bought two… starting just shopping for my daughter a car and ended up getting her one in trading in my Lexus for a newer version of it. Extremely happy Tyler and Andrew made everything extremely simple and were able to actually beat the rate I had on my current Lexus. Go See these guys!
2016 Honda CR-V review
On my opinion this is all out great car only thing I've had to have done to the car oil changes rate changes change the oil every 3,000 miles I keep your gas in over a half a tank in my opinion that's Were I keep my gas and that's about all the trouble I had with that car besides changing my battery it's been a great overall car I've been very impressed with the with this car and I hope by the time I change this car I would want to have the same kind of car for the same type of Independence that this car had I will buy another one in a heart beat...

Matthew Everett reached out to me after I inquired online for a specific model of the Honda Civic Hybrid. We scheduled an appointment for later in the day. When we arrived, he had several models of the car we were interested ready for us to test drive and look over. From start to sale, Matthew was kind, funny, personable and also incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its features and sales promotions. We will be recommending him to our friends and family, and should we our our children need a new car, we'll be contacting him first. This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had.

The alternator on my wife's Kia gave up on a Friday afternoon. We had it towed to Step One, where Zach saw to it that it was diagnosed on Monday and fixed by Tuesday. The quick turnaround was important because we were 800 miles from home and at the end of our vacation. Many thanks Zach!

CarMax Kansas CityReviews
CarMax Kansas City review
I had gone to another dealer ship first and had a horrible experience. Then I notice they had a great inventory of Dodge ram trucks. I just decided to walk the lot by myself since I knew what I was looking for. Here came Jason Conrad he ask me if I was interested in any of the trucks. Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.

CarMax East HavenReviews
CarMax East Haven review
Bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger with 5800 miles - great price compared with what the same car is going for today with 40K / 50K more miles. Process was easy. All my friends love the cards and strangers give me compliments. My only complaint was these cars go through an inspection where all problems are fixed. I bought the car in February and by the Summer when I finally turned on the A/C, it did not work. When I went to the repaair shop I was told it would cost me 41000.00 dollars as the hose was broken dehind the instrument panel. In my opinion this should have been caught by CARMAX and fixed before I picked up the car. Otherwise very happy - no problems other than that to date. CARMAX - please fix my A/C??????

I drove 60 miles to visit them and it was worth it. Got the trade-in bonus found a great selection of cars and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely recommend visiting them.
