Muller Honda of GurneeReviews
Muller Honda of Gurnee review
I just purchased my 6th Honda--and my 3rd from Muller Honda--and once again, the experience was absolutely exceptional. At this point, I truly wouldn't go anywhere else. Andrew Tomlinson, the General Sales Manager, continues to set the gold standard for customer service. This is now the third time I've worked with Andrew, and every single experience has been seamless, professional, and stress-free. He worked hard to get me an amazing deal on my brand new CR-V and, as always, made me feel like a genuinely valued returning customer rather than just another sale. It's rare to find someone in leadership who is this hands-on, responsive, and truly invested in making sure everything goes perfectly. A huge thank you as well to Jason Larson, my sales consultant this time around, who was fantastic from start to finish. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. He made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. And I have to give a very special shoutout to Ivan, who I actually worked with previously as my sales consultant when purchasing another vehicle, so it was wonderful to see that he's since earned a promotion into finance--which is incredibly well deserved! It says a lot about Muller Honda that they recognize and promote great people, and Ivan continues to be one of them. Last time, I completed everything ahead of time, but this time I actually completed my credit application in the dealership, and even with that, Ivan had my finance paperwork completed in only about 30 minutes. He made what is usually the most stressful and time-consuming part of buying a car feel effortless, transparent, and efficient. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away in my beautiful new CR-V, I was in and out in under 2 hours, which honestly feels unheard of when purchasing a vehicle. After purchasing 6 Hondas total and working with dealerships in different places over the years, I can confidently say that Muller Honda continues to be in a league of its own. Andrew, Jason, and Ivan made an incredible team, and the level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care they provide is exactly why I continue to come back. If you're looking for a dealership that respects your time, works hard to get you a great deal, treats you honestly, and actually makes buying a car enjoyable, Muller Honda is the place to go. Andrew, Jason, and Ivan are truly an exceptional team. Here's to Honda #7 someday!

Gregory INFINITIReviews
Gregory INFINITI review
Great Experience overall!! I recently bought a 2025 Infiniti QX60 from this dealership. Overall a fantastic experience. Trevor made the entire purchase a seamless experience. Dave the GM went above and beyond to make sure I got the SUV I was looking for and that everything was exactly as I hoped it would be. They both followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was taken care of. The owner Greg also reached out during the buying process to make sure his team were taking great care of me. Overall it was a great experience. I got the car I wanted and the entire team were great. I'd definitely recommend them!

Prestige Motor WorksReviews
Prestige Motor Works review
I had a great experience working with George and Ishmale at Prestige Motor Works on purchasing a 2013 Toyota Camry for my daughter. They were professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process, making everything straightforward and easy to navigate. I was initially hesitant about buying from a non–big name dealer, but they helped put those concerns at ease. They were transparent about the vehicle and fully supported a pre-purchase inspection, which the car passed without any issues. That gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase. The car has been exactly what we were hoping for—clean, reliable, and in great condition. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves it, which makes the experience even better. I’d recommend Prestige Motor Works, and specifically George and Ishmale, to anyone looking for a solid, no-nonsense car-buying experience.

2018 Honda CR-V review
I Love everything about my 2018 CRV EXCEPT the road noise!!!! A problem that is shared amongst many CRV owners that I have talked too.

I thought I would have to pay out of pocket for tire repair but turns out I didn't. Thank you Joshua Campbell, Service advisor. It was a great experience.

So far I have just observed the listing that the company has made. So more interaction will be needed to give a fair assessment.

Honest dealer with no games. Trade in value over the phone and agreed advertised price was good. Drove over 6 hours to complete the buying process. Saved $3000 on trade value compared to my local dealer who I have purchased a truck twice from and over $8500 on new truck price. Less then 2 hours to complete everything. Thanks

I took my Pathfinder in for oil change and tire rotation. Monica, my Service representative, was professional and personable. I waited in the lounge and was on the road again in 30-40 minutes! A smooth routine maintenance appointment . Will return for future maintenance 👍
