I am on my 7th Hyundai. I've been coming to this dealership for years. Gayland has helped me numerous times with so many different problems and he is so knowledgeable and helpful and kind and I really enjoy interacting with him and learning from his knowledge. Also I would like to mention Lewis Lopez kind sweet smart great attitude at work. As far as the sales team goes I've really enjoyed Jose. And Maurice and Kyle who are sales managers are super helpful kind and sweet and even remember me. I definitely recommend headquarter Hyundai from the beginning of looking at cars to test driving to buying and using their service team. Thank you Gayland thank you Luis and Jay !!! When I need service I don't even mind because it is such a pleasant visit here at Headquarter Hyundai!

Worked on a used car deal remotely with them and it was refreshing to work with people who didn't play games with numbers or lure you in the door with artificially low prices then tack on a bunch of made-up fees. When i arrived to do the deal, I found the vehicle to be super-clean and well-prepared for delivery and they were set to honor the trade-in value we'd discussed. I only didn't purchase because I got cold feet (trading in a low-mileage Lexus for used BMW worried me). Too bad, they were good to deal with.

Came in there on Thursday September 24th at 2:30 pm with my old clunker to get appraised and to purchase a used car. Was expecting to be a very long process, but was out by 5;30 with a smile. My car dealer was Greg, who was overly friendly and was patient with my decisions. He did a really good job showing me what I was looking for, price wise, and what was best for my liking. I wound up getting a solid deal on a 2012 Chevy Cruze. Carmax is very customer friendly, and very efficient with a nice variety of vehicles. Glad I went here to get my car.

Mullinax Ford of Central Florida review
Bought a used 2014 ford focus SE. We’ve had it for a few days now and we are really enjoying it. Juan Colon was very helpful and helped us every step of the way. We had an issue when we drove off the lot that required us to leave the car in the dealership overnight. Thankfully the service center repaired the problem and we were able to take it home the next day. Juan and his manager were able to give us a loaner vehicle so we can go home in peace as we traded in our vehicle for the Ford Focus. I am so appreciative of the open communication and getting updates as we really needed to have our car for the upcoming work week. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend this delearship.

I can't say enough good things about our experience here. Our sales person was not "salesy" at all. Brian gave us all the information we needed and helped us get the right vehicle. He and the team made sure the vehicle we wanted was safe and in great shape before we even test drove it. The added new tires, fixed brakes, and more. I feel confident this car will last us a very long time because of the care they took. In addition, Pablo got us an amazing deal on our car. The terms were great. Overall, we couldn't be happier.

I went to Hgreg Nissan about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was very welcoming. The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.

Honda of Ocala review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the service I received for my Honda Civic! From start to finish, everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of properly. It’s such a relief to know you can trust the people working on your vehicle. The service was excellent, the staff was courteous, and I felt like I was truly valued as a customer. My Honda Civic was in great hands! I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and professional car care. I will definitely be coming back for future service! 🚗❤️

Had an oil change and tire rotation. The waiting room was nice and I received a free snack while waiting. The service person was nice and kept me informed of the progress via text.

Sport Subaru review
Spot Subaru the best car dealer I have visited and 😊 Jonathan Hernandez at Don Mealy Sport Subaru is absolutely killing it! I've had the pleasure of dealing with him in my 9 Subaru purchases, and he's one of those rare gems who truly goes above and beyond. Super knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and with a smile that can light up a room. He made the car-buying experience not just painless, but downright enjoyable 🙌. If you're looking for a top-notch sales pro who'll treat you like family, Jonathan's your guy! 👍
