I found the car of my dreams, a 2018 Lexus ES 350, on the Ourisman of Marlow Heights website on a Sunday. I was immediately contacted by their staff. James Norman contacted me several times and even sent me two videos of the car. I went to the dealership the next day and was blown away by the condition of the car. As soon as I sat behind the wheel, I knew I wanted that car even before taking a test drive. It looked like it just came off the new car showroom. Immaculate. Paint and leather in perfect condition. I drove away just one day after discovering my Lexus on line. James is one of the kindest most professional sales consultants I have ever dealt with. You can trust him with your next new or used car decision

Walked into their dealership on a Saturday morning, and two hours later I got the car I wanted at the price I expected. I also got a fair price on my trade in. Nick and his team made the buying experience very positive. Will return for future business.

I had a great experience with Alex when I brought my car in for a recall service. Alex was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. Since he is also a technician, his explanations and instructions were especially useful and easy to understand. He took the time to answer my questions and provided valuable advice about my vehicle. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and positive attitude. Thank you, Alex, for your outstanding help! I highly recommend him.

2021 Honda CR-V review
Car gets excellent mileage if you drive sensible. No jackrabbit starts. The only thing that I would have done differently whenpurchasing the car would have been to swap out the Hankook tires (which are terrible) for Michelin tires. I had the same problem with my Honda Odyssey. When I purchased Michelins after I needed new tires the ride improved tremendously.

Bought the 2021 in 2022 bran new. First new car I've ever bought and I absolutely love it. Average 35 mpg highway. Inside is roomy and very comfortable. IF I could change one feature it would be connectivity to phone. Have to plug it in to use the android auto. Blue tooth connection is flawless buy its not the same. Also, the tires. I'm currently at 35k miles and need new tires.

Ted Britt Ford Lincoln of Chantilly review
Been dealing with Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly now for the past 4 years since moving here for Work. Having purchased both my car and my sons F-150 I have had nothing short of fantastic experiences! Both sales and service, and dont forget to ask them about their remote mobile service van - so much easier than wasting my morning waiting in person. I would highly recommend Ted Britt, including my sales consultant Derek Thompson and his manager Joe Britt if you're looking for an easy purchase at a fantastic price. Thanks Team Ted Britt

Fitzgerald Subaru of Gaithersburg review
I visited Fitzgerald Subaru in March of 2021 to test drive their offerings. I was treated very well by my sales reps Michael Dejesus and Shania Leguen. They both did an awesome job. AS a first time car buyer I had some anxiety based on how I have heard most dealerships operate, but this was painless. I chose a new Subaru Forester and am very happy with my purchase. The purchasing went very smooth due to the professionalism of Eric Abramson. Overall a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to make explore a new or used vehicle.

2021 Honda CR-V review
Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

Elite Auto Brokers review
This is my second time buying a car from Elite Auto, and they have once again exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a low-pressure, genuinely friendly car-buying experience, this is the place to go. The entire team is welcoming and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. A huge standout is the quality of their inventory. Every single car on the lot is absolutely beautifully detailed—they look brand new, which really shows the care and pride they take in their vehicles. I highly recommend Elite Auto Brokers to anyone. I'm already looking forward to my third purchase down the line!
2021 Honda CR-V review
Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

CarMax Ellicott CityReviews
CarMax Ellicott City review
Michael Henry is an excellent salesman! He listened and worked hard to get me the car I was looking for.... of course I did my research to know what I was looking for .... and more importantly, he found the car at the price I was looking for! 5 stars to Michael! Make sure he’s the person you use to find you the right car for the right price! He was very patient, professional and mindful! I also appreciate the length Carmax agreed to go to to ensure I was satisfied with the Vehicle to fix needed repairs. I give them 3.5-4 stars for that. I did not like the loaner car that Service put me... it was not good to borer line okay.
