Luis and Sam were very patient with me waiting on my bank check. The process was a bit long but made sure I was all set. No extra fees hidden or changes without my knowledge.
2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. And if you're in the market for a used Honda, I highly recommend checking out Bill Kay Honda and asking for Bert Tvrz!

Elite Auto Brokers review
This is my second time buying a car from Elite Auto, and they have once again exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a low-pressure, genuinely friendly car-buying experience, this is the place to go. The entire team is welcoming and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. A huge standout is the quality of their inventory. Every single car on the lot is absolutely beautifully detailed—they look brand new, which really shows the care and pride they take in their vehicles. I highly recommend Elite Auto Brokers to anyone. I'm already looking forward to my third purchase down the line!

First and only owner. Currently, 124 000 miles. Cars has been nearly perfect. Replaced shocks and struts at 120,000 miles. Oil changes once a year. No major issues ever. Looking at a 2026. Only dislike, noisey on the interstate. I will miss it

Criswell Chevrolet GMCReviews
Criswell Chevrolet GMC review
Jordan Pope the Criswell service advisor provided provided prompt and courteous customer service. The Criswell service technician did great work as always. I checked the new mobil one synthetic oil after the oil change and the engine cooled off at home in the garage and it was nice and clean and right on the full mark. Since Criswell through in a free car wash because of a minor paper work issue, i spent a couple days detailing the car inside and our and waxing it and our 2019 Buick Envision Essence with only 70,000 mile on it looks like brand new. Been getting my cars serviced at Criswell Chevrolet since 1978 almost 50 years now. After testing cars and trucks for governments contractors, I can say that Criswell is the best place for customer service and maintenance on my cars. My first experience with Criswell was with Gil Keller the former service mgr there and current truck sales rep for Criswell in Clarksburg on 355. Back when economic times were trying he saved me a lot of money on a major repair on my old 71 Chevy with 283 cu in V-8.. I will never forget his strong to to me as a customer and have been going back to Criswell ever since..
2019 Honda CR-V review
This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

As a loyal Honda owner with multiple vehicles, I insist on having all my servicing done at the dealership, and Sport Honda consistently proves why they are the best in the business. The level of service here is truly exceptional. I especially want to highlight Brian, who has been my go-to service advisor for six years across three different cars. DARCARS Nissan of College Park review
The dealership was very responsive in answering questions and responding to my queries. They were very interested in me as a customer, and followed up regarding my interests. I still have no purchased a vehicle, but when I do I will certainly strongly consider DARCARS of College Park. They seem like the tryp of dealership that you would want to work with in purchasing a vehicle.
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

Fitzgerald Subaru of Gaithersburg review
I visited Fitzgerald Subaru in March of 2021 to test drive their offerings. I was treated very well by my sales reps Michael Dejesus and Shania Leguen. They both did an awesome job. AS a first time car buyer I had some anxiety based on how I have heard most dealerships operate, but this was painless. I chose a new Subaru Forester and am very happy with my purchase. The purchasing went very smooth due to the professionalism of Eric Abramson. Overall a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to make explore a new or used vehicle.
2021 Honda CR-V review
Bought the 2021 in 2022 bran new. First new car I've ever bought and I absolutely love it. Average 35 mpg highway. Inside is roomy and very comfortable. IF I could change one feature it would be connectivity to phone. Have to plug it in to use the android auto. Blue tooth connection is flawless buy its not the same. Also, the tires. I'm currently at 35k miles and need new tires.

J.B.A. Kia review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service at KIA Glen Burnie! I honestly cannot say enough great things about KIA Glen Burnie, especially Rob Sipes and the entire service team. Their customer service has been absolutely outstanding, and this is exactly how automotive service should be done. No muss, no fuss, no pressure, and absolutely no xx. They get your vehicle in on time, take care of the service that needs to be done, and treat you with honesty, professionalism, and respect. There is no attempt to upsell you on things you don't need, no unnecessary runaround, and no feeling that you're being taken advantage of. Just straightforward, honest service from people who clearly take pride in what they do. Rob and his team make the entire experience easy and hassle-free. That might sound like a simple thing, but anyone who has dealt with dealerships knows just how rare and refreshing that can be. KIA Glen Burnie has earned my trust and my business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership service department that genuinely puts the customer first. Rob Sipes and the entire team deserve a huge thank-you for doing things the right way. Keep up the fantastic work! If you're looking for honest, professional, no-pressure service, do yourself a favor and give these folks a try. You won't be disappointed!

My car was totaled and I needed a daily driver fast. A friend pointed me to Top Motors, and I’m really glad they did. Tony, was straight with me from the start, no pressure, no weird sales tactics, just honest help when I needed it. He walked me through a few options, told me what made sense and what didn’t, and made the whole thing way less stressful than it could’ve been. You can tell they actually care about doing right by people. If you want a place that’s easy to work with and actually trustworthy, this is it.

2017 Honda CR-V review
CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Cars of RockvilleReviews
Cars of Rockville review
I've been searching for the right car for over three months, and I'm so glad I found Cars of Rockville. They truly made me a believer! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was professional, honest, and never made me feel pressured. I ended up getting a beautiful used vehicle with higher mileage at an excellent price, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The car is in great condition, drives wonderfully, and my daughter absolutely loves it too! If you're looking for great customer service, fair pricing, and a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Cars of Rockville. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I've had, and I'll definitely be coming back when it's time for our next vehicle. Thank you for making this such a great experience!
2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Keene Dodge Chrysler JeepReviews
Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep review
I recently brought my vehicle to Keen Dodge for service, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience, thanks in large part to my service advisor, Ricky. From the moment I arrived, Ricky was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to clearly explain what services were needed, answered all my questions without any pressure. What truly set Ricky apart was his communication. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s so refreshing to work with someone who is both an expert and treats you with such honesty and respect. The entire team was efficient, and my vehicle was ready exactly when promised. Because of Ricky and the crew at Keen Dodge, I left feeling confident in the work done and valued as a customer. I highly recommend asking for Rickey—he makes the service experience stress-free and positive. This is how customer service should be done! He is a definite asset to that team and is the primary reason I will be returning for all my future service needs.

Excellent experience jasmine worked extremely hard and got me the car I wanted - really pleased with experience
2021 Honda CR-V review
Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

2020 Honda CR-V review
I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

Ourisman LexusReviews
Ourisman Lexus review
★★★★★ Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life – Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang are absolute legends at Lexus of Rockville From the very first inquiry to driving home in our gorgeous 2021 Black Onyx LX 570 with my wife and kids, including our 9-month-old baby, the entire team at Lexus of Rockville made this the smoothest, most transparent, and genuinely enjoyable purchase I’ve ever had — and we’ve bought a lot of vehicles. Tony Rincon is hands-down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Zero pressure, lightning-fast responses even over Thanksgiving week, detailed photos and videos every time I asked, and he treated my family (including the baby) like his own. Tony never “sold” me — he just helped me fall in love with the perfect Lexus. Owen Stepp, the Sales Director, went so far above and beyond it’s almost unbelievable. He personally reworked numbers multiple times (including the day before Thanksgiving), honored every promise, and delivered the strongest trade-in I’ve ever received on my 2024 4Runner — thousands above every published value. Owen’s integrity and willingness to make the deal perfect turned what could have been a negotiation into a true partnership. James Wang in Finance was the perfect closer — completely transparent, no high-pressure add-ons, walked me through every single line item with patience and clarity, and made the paperwork painless while I held the baby. In an industry that can feel stressful, Tony, Owen, James, and the whole Ourisman Lexus of Rockville team turned it into one of the happiest memories we have. As a 100 % disabled veteran with a young family, the respect, kindness, and honesty they showed us meant the world. If you’re anywhere in Maryland (or willing to make the drive), ask for Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang. You will not find a better team or a better experience anywhere. We absolutely love our “new-to-us” LX 570 and we’re already looking forward to our next purchase with these guys. Thank you, Tony, Owen, and James — you have customers for life! Happy Thanksgiving. Hampstead Pre-OwnedReviews
Hampstead Pre-Owned review
My overall experience at Hampstead Pre-owned was amazing. My sales person was great but taking some time to sit and talk with the manager, Bernard Berry, sealed the deal for me. Mr. Berry was not only professional but super personable and reassuring. Had he not stepped in I probably would have walked away without a car that day. Thank you Mr. Berry and Hampstead Pre-owned!
2021 Honda CR-V review
Car gets excellent mileage if you drive sensible. No jackrabbit starts. The only thing that I would have done differently whenpurchasing the car would have been to swap out the Hankook tires (which are terrible) for Michelin tires. I had the same problem with my Honda Odyssey. When I purchased Michelins after I needed new tires the ride improved tremendously.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

2021 Honda CR-V review
Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.
