AutoNation Ford North Canton review
The AutoNation Ford North Canton was great! everyone was friendly, courteous. We talked to a man named Robert told him what we were looking for, not in hurry a big decision. We had been looking for a few months. We gave him our number to call if he found what we were looking for,we left the store and did other shopping.Within in a few hours he found one. The next day it was there. It was perfect. All employees said if we had questuions ask us. I was impressed with the manager very friendly did not except that from management.

We traded in our 2020 CR-V for a 2026. Drives like a dream. Very tight on turns. It seems roomier than our 2020. Our trade-in value for the 2020 was great.

Classic Honda - OHReviews
Classic Honda - OH review
If you want a dealership that actually listens, go see Robby and Mike Z. at Classic Honda. I was looking for a highly specific 2026 Passport TrailSport Elite (Ash Green with brown interior). Other dealerships gave me the runaround or told me it couldn't be done, trying to push me into inventory they had on hand. Classic did the actual legwork to locate exactly what I wanted. Even the finance department was completely painless (really!). They have earned a customer for life.
2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

2020 Honda CR-V review
I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Lambert Buick GMC review
Thank you Lambert Buick GMC, Inc. for an incredible experience purchasing a car! We went to Ford, Toyota and Honda dealers and left with such disappointment in the quality, the prices and the negative experience. What a total difference we felt when we walked into Lambert - rare customer service (highest level), personable, easy to work with, and who knew Buicks were so beautiful, reliable, great price and attention to detail! Thank you for making us feel great about our purchase ~ we will be a lifetime fan and will pass along our recommendations to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle!

2014 Honda CR-V review
Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

Had a very nice experience, with Brock.Very nice young man. He was there for me through it all. He made it very easy. Thanks again Brock!
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

2021 Honda CR-V review
Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

2017 Honda CR-V review
CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Tony Schmitz was efficient and pleasant in getting correct service for my car! Thank you! Service department was great! Loved the free car wash too!
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

Great Lakes Honda review
I highly recommend Great Lakes Honda for your next car purchase. I just traded in my 2016 Honda Pilot and purchased a 2023 Honda CR-v Sport Hybrid from sales consultant Sita Biswa. I had an excellent experience working with her. Sita is professional, personable, and went the extra mile to provide me with the best possible deal, as did the rest of the staff supporting the transaction. I've been buying Hondas from Great Lakes Honda for over 25 years (this is my 5th), and have had all my maintenance and service work done here; the staff has always been responsive, fair, and performed quality work.

Don Sitts Auto Sales review
Thank you, Don Sitts, for being a honest, caring, no pressure dealership. Today 12-6-25 my husband, and I went to your dealership to look at a car online. What amazing customer service. Todd Brazelton sealed the deal. John in finance was amazing. I've never been treated so kind. They were so patient with us. I was kind of nervous at first, but they calmed my fears. My husband, and I prayed before we went there, because, other dealerships have treated us so poorly in the past. Make this your 1st stop people, you'll come back, I know we will. God Bless all of you, for your kindness, Phillip & Mary Wallace PS: We love our new car

2017 Honda CR-V review
It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.
