Getting regular maintenance service has never been so fast and easy. As soon as I pull in the garage, the system recognizes me/my car and assigns a service rep. Heather, who has been my service rep the past couple of visits, comes over to greet me, sign me in and take my car. I don't mind waiting in their customer waiting area. There are many different places to sit, some tables and cubicles where I can get work done. There's Wi-Fi, coffee, popcorn and plenty of bottled water. While I am waiting, Heather checks in to let me know how much longer my service will take to complete. It's rarely been longer than an hour. Always a great experience!
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.

I had a really great experience at Honda Carland. My Salesman Ryan Walcott was so professional as well as personable. I was conflicted between two models and he very patiently kept showing me and test driving the two until I decided. NOT ONCE did he show a tiny sign of frustration, he repeatedly said he just wanted to make sure that I got the right vehicle. Once I decided, the rest of the process was quite smooth and quick. Lauren (my Finance Manager) made that process clear and effortless. I was very pleased with the options that were presented (without any pressure) to protect my new Odyssey. Spent quite a bit at this dealership. To say that I have a 2017 and it's 2018, there sure are a lot of problems so far Not Service's fault but it feels predatory. Advisors have all been very nice though.
