it's still brand new for me but I did extensive research online, so I knew what I was getting when I went to the dealer. I know after only 350 miles, Ima love it. More later!

The Passport lives up to the reviews of a comfy ride, spacious interior and smooth engine. The styling is surprisingly distinctive despite being a chopped off Pilot. Biggest ding is the tech. The touchscreen and functions are slow and glitchy. No compass, and to play music off your phone, you have to connect by cable. And the backup camera does not give you warning beeps when you get close to something. The cross traffic warning, however, is nice. The more expensive exterior colors are sharp if you don't mind the added charge.

This car meets all my "needs" & "wants" in the process of buying a car. I got practical AND luxury, all in one. I dreaded the process, but this car met ALL my criteria.

Not as bad as most of our other experiences at car dealerships. Received a reasonable offer for our trade in and after a normal amount of bargaining ended up with what we consider a reasonable price for the vehicle we wanted and purchased. We really like the CRV we purchased, and we are certain they will make good on the rubber trunk mat that was supposed to be included in the purchase. (We have not been back to the dealership to discuss that as of this time).

10/10! After losing multiple vehicles in the Oct. hurricane, attempts to replace our RAM truck were stalled due to limited availability of our trim choice. Another dealer had no options after a week. A self-search online showed one may be available over a thousand miles away at Russ Darrow in Wisconsin. We contacted Darrow and within 48 hours our new truck was on its way to Florida! The Russ Darrow team, Clayton, Kevante, Amir, and others worked together to get the deal done despite the distance!

A wonderful experience! This dealership has created a great community with the complimentary coffee shop, cafe, kid's area, and dog park. Our salesman, Fuego, was low-pressure, knowledgable, and helpful. We really love all of the perks that Austin Subaru offers (full engine, transmission, and power train warranty for the ENTIRE TIME YOU HAVE THE VEHICLE). Pricing and negotiation were fair.
