I was nervous when I went to the dealership but Mr. Byrd cool experience ways calm me down quickly and let everything seem as 1.2.3.He shows and tells me everything about the car. Purchased 8/4/20 LOVE IT!!!! Love everything about it!! Comfortable ride. Great in snow and ice. Storage galore. Really a fabulous vehicle! Highly recommend this car.

Love this vehicle with the exception of the automatic idle shut off. Seems to me it would put added wear and tear on the starter in addition to using more fuel starting the engine every time you stop. You have to remember to hit the off button every time you start the car. Cruise control jerks a bit while going downhill also. Great comfort, very quiet, easy to get in and out of and roomy.

Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be. The experience I dreaded turned out to be pleasurable thanks to Yaik and all the other staff at Route23 Honda that I dealt with. Love the car!

Might be too soon to review. Only have 500 miles on it. I really do like it. I have previously had 2 CRV's with a much smaller engine and they were much quicker to accelerate and naturally got far better gas mileage. In Sport mode it is very quick even with "echo" on. I have been getting 17 to 19 mpg. Maybe it will improve in time. It is very comfortable and has great safety features. My biggest complaint is with the very low sound with the turn-signals. (CRV's were equally TOO quiet). I can't imagine why Honda doesn't improve the sound. I've adjust sound level to the highest level and with the radio on, I can't hear that the turn signals didn't shut off when making a turn. I checked the internet and found that lots of customers complain about this with Honda's. I asked the dealer service dept if there was a work around and they said it has come up from time to time and no solution available. The service manager said he drives a VW and the turn signals are much louder. My wife's KIA Laporte 's turn signals are 10 times louder than the Passport (Trailsport) Not a dealbreaker...just annoying.

He provided us thorough information about the HRV, making us comfortable; not doing sales talk, but we felt he’s providing us honest and objective opinion about the HRV we’re interested in. Mr. Harding convinced us in our decision to buy the 2026 HRV Sport due to his confidence in the product he’s selling, he’s thorough, and well versed of Honda vehicles. He brought us for test drive with trust and enthusiasm and showed me the technologies. Mr. Harding was respectful, and very professional, providing clear instructions on how to properly use the vehicle considering that having HRV with electronic ignition and keyless entry plus its technologies are all new to me. MR. Harding also explained the step by step process with leasing versus buying a car. His honest in selling to us the HRV made us especially myself who will be the main driver of the car to be confident to drive it out of the dealership once we bought it. He did great job overall. Overall Mr. Harding treated us with respect, professionalism, efficiency, and without prejudice. His collaboration with other team of employees involved in the transactions, paperwork, and preparation of the HRV made us feel that the whole process for that day was seamless. The place is huge but with hospitable aura. Thank you very much to Mr. Harding and his team. We are enjoying the 2026 Honda HRV Sport.

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

Simply the best. Getting it from Hondaa of Lincoln is pea e of mind. Rhe very good thing is that a got a ASSUTANXE contract for 8 years. The car will be repaired o ly by the Honda certified mechanics, as well as for oil change. This car is the best for all seasons, t drives nicelly in winter and it has more safety options.

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! Bought an off lease 2021 Passport EX-L with 29000 on the dial for my wife, we have researched vehicles of 6 months and test drove many. The very first mile in the passport and we both knew it was the perfect choice. While the Highlander, the CX-9 and Pilot were roomier my wife didn't like the extra size (personal choice) and didn't need the 3rd row. The CR-V was kind of ugly and was smaller but the passport was just right,. I don't like the push button shift and it can be listed as my only complaint. Slightly stiff ride but comfortable. Roomy and simple interior. 6 months in and my wife still comments on how she loves her car. If you do not need a 3rd row seat the Passport offers plenty of room and comfort while maintaining a size profile that is not intimidating in the parking lot. To say she's satisfied is an understatement.

With my Passport I got what I was looking for: Power, performance, cargo space, adécuate confort for passengers, good stereo with HD radio and capable to play my FLAC music files, not so expensive and an reliable car for retirement, meaning it will be my last buy. It is true the interior is not so fancy like other cars, but the most important is that I feel secure, confortable and ultimate enjoy driving my passport, love it.

Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

I bought a used 2019 and have had it in the shop 3 times. Twice for radio issues and ended up with a new amplifier. Thank God I bought an extended warranty! Today a communication problem between the power train module and the transmission module left me stranded at a light!! 3rd time in - getting a software update that hopefully will fix the problem. This Honda owner is not particularly happy right now.

I was in the market for a used car for my daughter, a new driver. We went to look at a used Honda, but also noted a great looking, newer Ford that had a lot of the safety features I was looking for. Even though Honda is his brand, Gabriel recognized that this car was the better value for her, and took us on a test drive. He was great to work with, the pricing was very fair, and he even drove the car all the way down to the Ford dealer in CT so that we could have the car inspected...which was appreciated. My daughter is very happy with the car and loves driving it. I would definitely return to buy another used or new car from this dealership. Ask for Gabriel.

Just right ! We pretty much drove every single mid size to large SUV. And the passport delivered. The styling looks awesome and it also gives a lot of space. We have 2 large dogs and they have a good amount of room when traveling. We also considered the VW Atlas but went with Honda for it’s proven reliability. Also considered the Pilot but didn’t like the styling as much and it didn’t fit in our garage very well. For the Passport - The only thing I’d change is the material around the drink holder - it’s a shiny and seems to always be dirty. Prior to this car I had a 2019 GMC Terrain which I had to get rid of due to an issue with the automatic stop and then not starting again. I would definitely recommend the Passport!!

The Passport lives up to the reviews of a comfy ride, spacious interior and smooth engine. The styling is surprisingly distinctive despite being a chopped off Pilot. Biggest ding is the tech. The touchscreen and functions are slow and glitchy. No compass, and to play music off your phone, you have to connect by cable. And the backup camera does not give you warning beeps when you get close to something. The cross traffic warning, however, is nice. The more expensive exterior colors are sharp if you don't mind the added charge.
