My review is a little late, as the vehicle was purchased last month, December, 2015. After some initial texting, emails and missed phone calls, we were finally able to meet with Samuel to select a vehicle. I had previously informed him of my financial situation and the type of vehicle I was interested in. We finally made a decision on a used Volkswagen Jetta that I liked. Why did I choose to visit Penske Honda of Ontario when I have a vast selection of dealerships where I live and work? I was looking for a specific year/model and they had one of the two available for sale in the state of California. Why did I choose to buy from Penske Honda of Ontario? The brand speaks for itself, I fell in love with the car BUT it was the customer service that helped seal the deal. I have had my share of bad experiences and good experiences in car buying but this one was THE best especially considering the particularity of my financial health. After my credit took a blow from a recent economic hardship, I was apprehensive of stepping into a dealership or engaging any financial institution. I did not wish to be put in a bad light and judged merely because of my credit situation. At the same time, I didn't necessarily need the car so I was in a good position to decline any outrageous, high-interest offers. Well, it didn't take long for my unease to dissipate, or even form rather. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed. Everyone had a smile and actually knew my name! Not only was I greeted by the sales staff, service manager and finance manager but the President and General Manager, Bill McGrath, himself. I must preface this by disclosing I did reach out to Mr. McGrath directly to inquire about the car and financing options. What I didn't expect was for him to personally respond, and so promptly! With that I knew, it would be worth a trip to Ontario (which by the way is right off the 15 freeway; and a couple of other things to note: they have a courtesy shuttle and service is open both Saturday and Sunday). I had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle and after an honest dialogue about my finances, I was met by their just as honest feedback -- and an offer. This took me by surprise, yet it was refreshing that they had taken me seriously and utilized previously provided information to generate numbers. And they weren't bad looking numbers! What eventually led me to sign papers that night was their responsiveness and willingness to help my situation. I didn't feel as though they were trying to take advantage of me or make a quick profitable sale on my account. In fact, I don't think they made much off my transaction! They listed a number of items on the due bill of pre-existing conditions with the car, which weren't exactly a deal breaker but I would have liked to see addressed. This they handled during my subsequent service visit, and more! There were a couple of items that went unnoticed during the signing but when I brought it to their attention, it was immediately handled. Now, why am I so excited about this whole experience? Because customer service is rare and theirs was exceptional (and I LOVE my car). On a number of occasions they went above and beyond - did I mention two porters worked overtime to deliver my new car home? Oh and the Special Finance manager Jaime (no, I did not spell his name wrong), he is very knowledgeable and was instrumental in pushing forth an efficient negotiation. And Mr. McGrath? He was there every step of the way! For top management to be ever so present and involved means a lot! Everyone worked so harmoniously together and provided for a seamless transaction. Even after the purchase, they remain attentive and consistent in their care and communication of my car needs. Just as with the Honda line of cars, the individuals that make up Penske Honda Ontario are quality and performance driven. You can't expect anything less of this team because they are the epitome of Helpful Honda.

When I arrived here I was immediately given the keys and left alone with the car I came to see so I could inspect it myself. No one tried to "sell" me the car. I was allowed to test drive and loved the car so I bought it! (2010 Hyundai Genesis) Gotta Thank Carlton for everything. The guy answered all my questions through email prior to me arriving and was very honest and straight forward. Really awesome dude I felt zero pressure to buy. One of the guys in the office even drove the car to my house since I didn't have plates for it and wanted to insure and register the car myself. Overall fantastic experience would definitely recommend these dealers to anyone.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I am a Columbia University Epidemiologist with an extremely hectic schedule and a low tolerance for nonsense. Anthony Petito does a simply outstanding job running the Paragon Honda Service Center in terms of everything that a customer values - overall quality and timeliness of service. I've witnessed this outstanding service at Paragon Honda for over 6 years and I will absolutely not take my car anywhere else to be serviced even though this location is not at all convenient for me. But I don't care because the quality of the service is worth it. Everyone at this service center is professional, courteous and eager to please. Just this past Wed night (4/20), I met with Ron and Jason Q who both handled my 9:15pm appointment after having my initial questions skillfully handled by Anthony Petito by phone. All three of these men were extremely professional, efficient and courteous. I was in and out of the service center in no time even though my appointment was at 9:15pm. In spite of the late hour, they were still going full speed ahead and pumped as if it was the start of a new day. Truly exceptional service and exemplary teamwork from Anthony Petito, Ron and Jason Q. I am always able to schedule an appointment with great ease and I then immediately receive an email confirmation with the time and date of my appointment. This is a tremendous help bc, when I arrive for my appointment, I don't have to ever worry about being denied bc the appointment was mistakenly not documented. Then, a day before my appointment, I receive an email reminder. It is such a huge help to me that they offer appointments up until 11pm and Anthony mentioned there are also available appointments overnight. Again, these late night options are absolutely invaluable to me bc my schedule is crazy but yet I want to make sure I am taking the best care of my Honda. The moment I arrive, I am consistently and immediately taken care of and I then sit in a very comfortable and well-maintained waiting room. I never witness any disgruntled customers in that waiting room and I never wait for very long at all. The entire process is PAINLESS bc the entire operation is run so efficiently thanks to Anthony and the team he hires and manages. Everything runs like clock work from the moment I drop off the car and then head outside to pick it up. Geesh, even the bathroom, after a long day, is immaculate and there's a sign inside the restroom asking customers to speak with the manager if the restroom is not clean. This is an example of what I mean by the entire place is so well-managed. They have thought about everything in the interest of the customer and they work very hard to fulfill their promises . This is NOT all talk and no action, and this is not an easy accomplishment but they make it look easy. I know exactly what it takes to hire and manage a team because I've been hiring and managing my own team of over 30 Research Assistants and Project Coordinators at Columbia for large-scale NIH grants for the past 21 years. So I am genuinely in awe and will forever remain in the Honda family bc of the service I receive at Paragon Honda Service Center as well as for the solid quality of the Honda vehicles. I just purchased a new 2015 Honda Civic at Planet Honda of Union, New Jersey. I'm from Monmouth county and originally went to local dealerships in my area. I scoured Route #9 endlessly, from Honda dealership to Honda dealership only to end up constantly haggling over prices, and finance options. The dealerships in Monmouth county quoted me payments from $420 - $550 a month. Thankfully, Planet Honda has a reputation that precedes them. The service, salesmanship, demeanor, financing, and the all around, "Let's do the best that we can do to make the customer the priority attitude." I have never had such a heartwarming and just all-around great experience purchasing my new Honda Civic. Oh...and I should also add, that I got the exact same model, brand new car, with the same down payment that the other dealerships quoted me for only $260 a month. We visited Tarrytown Honda on June 9, 2017 simply to get an idea of what was available and begin our search for a new car. It was our first visit to a dealership since 2003 when we bought our last car. What began as our first trip to scout possible purchases ended up being our last--because we bought the car that very day as a consequence of Wilson Velez's superlative work with us. He followed our lead as to what we wanted and then guided us to the exact model and features which matched all of our criteria and then some. He explained everything we did not know completely clearly, and we left not only with a car but with an automotive education. Without pushing anything on us while he educated us adeptly so that we DID end up getting much more than we originally intended--not because he insisted, but because he enabled us to see the value of his suggestions and expanded our own ideas into better ones. The result was a much better car than we had imagined at the start at a price which made buying it right then the obvious thing to do. Especially since our last purchase was 2003, he was amazingly patient in letting us know how cars have changed, what was standard, what was more that would be good for us, immediately grasping what we wanted with no attempt to push us into anything superfluous. Most significant was that he immediately earned our trust, so we knew that he was not trying to load us with unnecessary features, and would let us know what would work best for us and what was not really necessary. We did end up with much more than we intended, but with nothing we did not need or want after talking with him. That trust built as he explained the operation and function of each feature and the advantages to us when appropriate. We never had the feeling he was trying to get us to buy features we neither wanted nor needed but that he truly understood our interests and widened our understanding. Wilson was well-informed, a great communicator, and did everything with the warmth of a friend more than a salesperson we just met. Best said, we did not buy a car from a salesperson; we bought a car from a person. We have already recommended Tarrytown Honda and Wilson Velez to other friends. Because of his expert and sensitive work, you now have two more life-time customers. And, now that we have driven the car for some days, we truly have a sense of how well he understood us and served our needs, and how our car (the Honda Civic Hatch EX) is exactly right for us. Extremely well though out. All the new technology is easy to use, and very helpful. It is very sure footed on the snow. Honda has done a good job of reducing road noise and quieting the HVAC fan noise. It is a very comfortable ride with a ton of power while producing good fuel economy.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Leather on seats are peeling off - they have replaced but continue to have the issue. Never had this issue with leather before. Very nice ride, beautiful in every way and reliable. I love it!!

Beyond Excellent Service: CHRISTOPHER PARANZINO (CP) Remember his name: CHRISTOPHER M PARANZINO - he is the best person you want to purchase or lease your new car from!! I???ve own my 2015 CRV for 18months before an idiot damaged the side of it while parked on the street. CP was the first person I called as I rummaged through my paperwork to find my registration and insurance information. I called him because he wrote his cell phone on my Honda envelope and I remembered him saying ???call me anytime!??? So I did, at nearly 9pm on a Saturday night. He answered the phone and settled my deep worry and anger and laid out the next steps. After arranging a tow, he told me to meet him at the White Plains Honda Service Center on Bank Street the next morning (yes, Sunday!) where he would took my keys and car information and told me that he would take care of everything with regard to the repair process and would call me the next day with an update. He even gave me a ride back to the MetroNorth train station so I can make my way home back to Throgs Neck. True to his word (a consistent trait of CP btw!) he assigned me a service advisor by the name of Angel Cruz who was just like him ??? on top of it! Together they supported me through the 24day period without my car, answering my questions via calls and text messages ??? never turning me away. Even the body shop the White Plains Honda dealership works with deserves a shout out (Thanks A&A Auto Body!) for their great customer service. When the car was ready, I left work early from Manhattan and I arrived with my insurance check in hand - but this is when I met my first roadblock because the insurance adjuster had the check made out incorrectly. Aside from being super pissed with my insurance company, CP came through again, told me what I needed to do with my insurance company and made sure that I had a ride home since I arrived with no car. He did this because it was late and dark and knew that I did not want to go back on the Metronorth to then get back on the subway to make my way home to northeastern section of the Bronx. Instead, he arranged for his one of his staff members, Jose, to give me a ride home since he was heading in my direction to go home. Jose was awesome and not once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Thank you for getting me home safely Jose and the quick lesson how to play the numbers ?! Two days later I finally picked up my car after fixing the insurance check situation and once again experienced awesome customer service. Anyone reading this review, I give you my word that all that I have written is true and I???m serious when I say remember his name ??? CHRISTOPHER M. PARAZINO, SALES MANAGER - HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU and you will deeply appreciate his attention to detail too! CP if you are reading this, thank you again for taking care of me and my Azulita (yes, that is the name of my car!).

I recently came back to Route 22 Honda for what would now be my 3rd lease with them. This time around I decided to switch from a civic to a CRV (which I don't regret for a second, despite how sexy the 2016 Civic looks). Matt Blanchard was my sales person for the 2nd time. Very personable and easy going, I highly recommend Matt! Matt was always quick to respond to texts, which was a major plus. He worked with me on pricing out the new lease to make it more affordable for me, which of course was another plus. When I hit bad luck with a tire (by getting a nail within minutes of driving it off the lot - what are the odds!), he was quick to help. 10 Stars for Matt Blanchard, give him a raise and a promotion! What's also good about Route 22 Honda is their coffee and their atmosphere. The showroom is impeccable and modern, while the old vintage Hondas adds a nice touch of nostalgia. They have a playroom for kids (which I don't have) that's great for families car shopping. They make the whole car leasing/buying/etc experience very comfortable. There's a reason why I've stuck around for 3 leases!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Have the top model. Don’t even think of going to a car wash. Transmission (9 speed) waste of money and very jerky Arm rests are the worst I have ever had or used. Navigation will not link up to goggle navigation. Radio over technical.

Last Friday (July 6, 2018), we walked into Honda of New Rochelle to look at the Pilot. We were greeted by Mr. Anthony Tetteh in a professional and inviting manner. He answered our questions, offered us options (models/prices/etc.), provided us with relevant information, and made us feel very comfortable and not pressured at all. We also met with Mr. Bill Mouzakitis, Sales Manager, on this day; and he too made our visit very favorable as he took a good amount of time meeting with us. We did not make a purchase at this time; although we stated that we would be in contact. On Saturday morning, Anthony Tetteh followed up with us; and we returned to make a leash purchase. Mr. Tetteh spent a great deal of time with us making certain that all went smoothly. Once the leasing process was complete, he made certain that we knew all we needed to know about our new vehicle. At no time, did he rush us! Mr. Tetteh displayed professionalism at the highest degree. His sense of humor was also appreciated. We also had a good meeting with Alex Oceguera who once again offered us options and did not make us feel pressured. He, too, was very knowledgeable. We have made many car purchases and/or leases over the last 38 years, but by far our experience at Honda of New Rochelle has been our best dealership experience ever!!! We are truly thankful for the very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individuals we had the opportunity to work with at this dealership. We will definitely recommend this dealership and we are very willing to return in the future. Although we gave the price a rating of 4 (as we feel the car is a little expensive), we did get a good price from this dealership.
