Came in to buy a car. Worked with Tristan and Mike.. seriously nice guys! Made the buying process enjoyable and fun! Then we left and realized hours later we left our garage door opener in our trade in. I emailed Mike to let him know I would swing by .. within minutes he replied that he had it and to drop in when I could. When I finally made it in neither Mike nor Tristan were there but another staff member knew exactly where it was etc. Talk about communication!! Great service and great guys! Oh and we love our new car!
My salesman Logan was the best ! he is extremely knowledgeable, he understood what i was looking for ! he answered all my questions with precision and ultimately got my new Jetta ! i would recommend him and this dealership to anyone !
When I brought up the problem with the rear seat belts on my Passat, Sean Gerringer was quick to agree with the safety risk. He ordered parts, called me when they arrived, and scheduled my replacement appointment. He also arranged a vehicle for my use during the repair. Work done; safety issue fixed. All good, including my review of VW of South Charlotte.

I would give the dealership 5 stars based on Melissa. Unfortunately, the finance department overcharged my account by $500, sending me into overdraft with the bank. Therefore, the overall rating of this dealership, I give 3 stars.
Mr. Bagwell is a gentleman and very accommodating in every way. It???s not always easy for a woman or anyone for that matter to negotiate for a car and he made it as comfortable an endeavor as possible and for that I was very grateful. Last time I dealt with Vicky so he had big shoes to fill. It???s too bad that your sales managers are apparently under so much pressure to squeeze the last dime out of people that they can???t be pleasant.
I've been coming here for 11 years to get my car serviced and always had a great experience with the staff. I usually only dealt with the service department but finally did business with someone from the sales team. Melissa Evans was very friendly and patient. The standard, Dan Ingrassia the Product Specialist was GREAT, knew his products and presentation was text book. Carlos was the Middle Man, running between upper Mgmnt and Me. His delivery of the figures were also text book. Accepted payments with no money down, 72 months new 2018 Rav4 and New 2019 Corolla. Chris and Nate, the Upper Mgmnt that makes the calls and deals with the Banks were spot on. I'm going misspell this one, but (Christiana) in finance, lovely and very Professional young lady was text book and provided what was given to her through the chain and then the part of signing the Bible on 2 cars began. It was during the "Bible Stage" that something wasn't right. Somewhere between our deal at the desk with Carlos and the Finance Office, the terms on the RAV4 got bumped back from 72 months to 75 months, which totalled just under $1800.00 for the 3 months (ie..the down payment they wanted us to do). But in the end, all is good. Bought 5 cars from Toyota North Charlotte before these 2, and we will go back...
I met Terence three times this year and he has been always patient and professional to show me the different cars i am interested in. He knows every details of the cars! The last visit finally made the deal the Monday night before the Thanksgiving. I was able to get the car loan with low APR provided by the auto maker. The The whole family enjoyed the long trip to Savannah two days later with the new Odyssey 2019. I like the lane keep assistant and the adaptive cruise control the most!
I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring at Honda in Rock Hill (after having an awful experience at different Honda Dealership ). The process was very smooth and direct, no games. Sam (Tiny) greeted me, we test drove the car and began the pricing process. Next I worked with Jim. I asked for fair price (based on where I think this car was selling) with a couple stipulations, Jim came back agreeing and the deal was done. No Games.
