Although the car didn?t work out for me they were super understanding and helpful with the process and I would definitely buy a car from here again once they have something else I?m very interested in! Overall a great experience despite the car not being the one!

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

Wow!! What an amazing experience I had with Mazda of South Charlotte right off of South Boulevard!!! I got such a warm welcome from the moment I walked through the door with the staff offering me a hot cup of coffee, bottled water, and snacks!! I was approached by Moe Bedwan to help me identify the right car for what my wants and needs were out of a car. Moe was incredible! He was very thorough with his questions about what I was looking for from a look, style, budget and, most importantly, a safety perspective! After I shared what I was looking for he quickly narrowed it down to 3 cars that ended up being EXACTLY what I was looking for and went with me in all 3 to test drive! Moe is certainly an expert at what he does!! He helped me identify my dream car and drove it right out of the showroom to have it cleaned and polished for me!! Afterwards, I worked with Dennis Card in the Finance department to finish up with all the paperwork to seal the deal! He was very thorough in explaining all the ins and outs of the financial side as well as went through every page of paperwork with me so I felt very comfortable! I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!
