I came to Acura of Peoria looking for a specific used vehicle from their website. We were greeted by Victoria, a new salesperson of the dealership. She was very friendly and pleasant and showed us the vehicle quickly. We went on a short drive and began the purchase process. Since Victoria was new, she had help through the process from some of the other staff, all of whom were also very friendly and helpful after Victoria introduced them. They went above and beyond to make the transaction quick and stress free and explained all the paperwork I needed to fill out. I was driving my “new to me” vehicle off the lot in about 2 hours. Other than the vehicle not being quite as clean as I had hoped upon delivery, the overall dealership experience was one of the best I’ve had so far. Thank you Victoria and Acura of Peoria!

Such good people here that help out willingly. Every time they have solved my issues in a timely manner. My tire pressure sensor lit up three miles after a tire rotation. I took the car back the next day and they repaired it with no fee. Awesome service. I feel welcome and taken care of.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

On a 110+ degree day, AC went out. As I stopped by Arrowhead Honda with no set appointment, Grant Foster took charge of my AC repair request & within hours brought back cool & working AC. I would say an excellent job done!

We were in a bit of a pickle this past Saturday. Driving on I-10, our Accord hit a large metal object in the road. With cars all around us, there was no safe way to swerve?so we had to take the hit. Sparks were flying behind us like something out of Back to the Future, and we prayed our way over to the right shoulder and made it off the freeway on four ?limping? tires. After about a two-hour wait, AAA towed us to Honda AutoNation in Gilbert (near Gilbert Rd, just north of the South 202). Huge shoutout to Christopher with AAA?he was calm, professional, and truly took care of us. And once we arrived, Tom in Office 1 at the Honda service department was outstanding. He called me directly, coordinated smoothly with the tow driver, and took ownership of the situation right away. The team treated our Accord like it was getting a five-star spa day?amazingly, we had the car back in under four hours. We hope we never repeat that kind of ?ouch? again (for the car or our hearts), but I do want people to know: Tom and his team at Honda AutoNation Gilbert are top-notch?five-star service, start to finish. Buying a car from a dealership is one thing; getting dependable service when you really need it is everything. If you work with Tom and his team, tell them they have raving fans here in the Valley. Great Experience, The sales person Jared was excellent, no high pressure, very informative, very personable, and professional, easy to deal with, drive Chryslers for 40 plus years, never went into a Chevy Dealer in my life, I went to look at new cars, figured I’d stop at Chevy just to see, and purchased a car the next day, dealer is great, is to deal with, no high pressure, great sales staff and management!

You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

The service department is well organized and provides good service. I live in Gilbert but drive to Mark Kia to get service for my Telluride.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

Bought a Civic Si for my 16 yr old. Everyone at this dealership didn't try to oversell me. I visited other dealers who tried to sell me add-ons like tinted windows or $500 for UV protection where I'd have to come back to them every 6 mo. I got a fair price without being nickel and dimed. There were no games. Even Finance just offered an extended warranty without hard selling. Very happy with my experience. I managed service professionals for 30 years in Investment Banking and these guys treated my like I want my mom treated.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Brought my Ram 1500 in for a recall service. . . .Will (the service guy) was fantastic - he arranged for a Lyft ride to and from my work, and offered a rental car if the work was going to run longer than one day. I dropped the vehicle off at 7, and got a text before noon that it was ready to go. They also send a short video text during the service showing the work being done. I will definitely continue to use Auto Nation!

Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Germain Honda of Surprise is a very nice dealership. The people that work there are FANTASTIC! From the second we entered the dealership, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained every step of the sales process and patient with all our questions. Never feeling rushed. I live over 100 miles away and in the end, it was worth the drive!

I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! Worked with salesman for a few days trying to trade in a car and buy one of theirs. Not too bad overall, but could not get a decent price for my trade. Stopped communicating presumably because my offer was not good enough. Would probably try again with different and more responsive sales person.

I love this car. I love how it’s reliable how how move how drive very great car. I’ll recommend this to everybody 10 out of 10.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.
